Potton View is a stunning setting. The rooms are beautiful. The kind staff are helpful and respectful and the manager goes above and beyond to welcome the residents. The manager ensured my relative was comfortable and content and demonstrated privacy, dignity and respect are key elements of the personalised
care they provide.
I was so impressed by how clean and spacious the home is and how amazing the food is, with variety and choice.
I have already highly recommended Potton View and will continue to do so.

My mother stayed at Potton View for a two-week respite break. I was very happy with her stay as she was treated with kindness, respect and dignity and found it a stimulating environment which has continued to have a positive effect after her return home. She enjoyed the various activities, particularly
those involving music and thoroughly enjoyed the home-cooked food. The staff and management are excellent - kind, caring, helpful and professional.

The home was first class. They all cared for my mother in a very professional and caring way. The home was always lovely and warm and clean. The staff were very cheerful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Endless cups of tea for us as a family always provided.

Potton View welcomed my father-in-law in January 2019 and since arriving I can see the positive changes in him. Staff are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable with very strong care ethics. Visiting my father-in-law is a pleasure at Potton View. Rooms are modern, clean and have a home from
home feel. Potton View really is more than a Care Home - it is a home that cares. I thoroughly recommend this home.

My dad, who has sight, hearing and mobility issues moved to Potton View in January 2019 and in only a very short time has settled in quickly and feeling very much at home. The staff are very friendly, courteous, helpful and resident-focused with regards to Dad's well-being. I am very pleased that Dad
is being so well looked after by the care staff and his quality of life has significantly improved, he has a laugh and a joke and has a new lease of life.
His room is modern, light and spacious with the added luxury of a door which accesses a courtyard giving him independence whilst in a safe environment. Nothing is too much trouble the staff, the food is delicious and varied. When Dad was taken ill with a high temperature the staff acted quickly and professionally ensuring correct action was taken thus putting the minds of the family, unable to be there, at rest.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with Potton View, I would highly recommend it and am so pleased to be a part of this truly wonderful family.

Mum went in for 2 weeks respite as she had not been well and had lost her confidence.


She enjoyed herself and was very well cared for. Food was very good and the staff excellent.


Mum was concerned about losing her independence but realises eventually she will need full-time care and will be happy

at Potten View when the time comes.


She is more mobile and looks better than she has done for ages. Thank you so much.

Potton View is an excellent new care home with wonderful space for the residents including rooms and communal spaces.
The nurses and the manager are all on hand to help whenever anything needs to be done, day and night.
I have felt very confident having my grandma under their care and I know that
she is happy.

Potton View is a very friendly and pleasant home. My mother-in-law is very happy residing there. The staff are helpful, friendly and cannot do enough for my mother-in-law. I, as her son-in-law, have seen the amazing change in her since she moved in. All the staff are friendly, helpful and the home itself
is lovely. I would recommend Potton View to anyone, who's parents needed 24/7 care. My wife no longer has to worry about her mother's wellbeing as we all know my mother-in-law is being well cared for.

Potton View is a care home I would recommend to anyone. The staff and management are not only very professional but very caring. They are approachable and treat everyone with respect, dignity and care. The meals are all "home cooked" with the best produce available. We as a family can not thank you

From the moment you walk into Potton View it's like "home from home" it has a really warm feel about it. The staff and management are very caring, nothing is too much trouble. They are very supportive, dedicated and professional they treat the residents with respect and really do care for them. Potton

Zara Hetherington began her career in care at a young age, working in the care home alongside her father for most of her younger years.
As a young woman, Zara studied a Health & Social Care qualification, working in the home in the evenings and weekends.
Since then she has played most roles the care sector has to offer, gaining invaluable experience in multiple jobs including; care assistant, senior carer, deputy manager, unit manager, and now Registered Manager.
