The biggest thank you in the world would still not be enough for us to give to all the wonderful staff at Rose Villa. You are all a credit to your profession. The welcome you gave our dad and the kind and thoughtful way you all took such good care of him was so reassuring to us and Dad. Nothing was ever too much trouble, you all gave Dad and our family such comfort in the short time he stayed with you. Please never stop what you are all doing because you do it so well.
Thank you very much for your lovely review. It is extremely rewarding to know that our residents, family and friends are happy with the home, the care and the services we offer. Warm Regards, The Cedar Care Family.
Our dad sadly was only at Rose Villa for a very short time but the care, respect and dignity he was given was outstanding. All the staff worked as a team, were very smart in personal appearance and very warm and friendly towards Dad and his family and very approachable.

In the past two years, my sister has had good care and attention and been seen to straight away. No hesitation, and I would recommend to anyone.
The support given to us has been exceptional at such an emotional time.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a wonderful review. Kind words like yours keep our staff inspired through their days of hard work. We are extremely proud of our staff and new manager who continue to uphold our high standards. We have passed on your comments to our team at the Rose Villa and they have been very grateful to receive them.
My mother was only here for her last week after she was discharged from hospital at 92. The staff were very kind and caring and clearly had a great deal of expertise in end-of-life care, ensuring my mother's last few days were as comfortable and positive as possible. Several of the staff got to bond with my mother in spite of her being only semi-conscious much of the time, stroking and comforting her. Communication was excellent especially as we all live some distance away and the staff went out of their way to facilitate phone contact with my Mum. I was very impressed by the knowledge and caring attitude of all the staff and the expertise and insights they shared with me about the medical aspects of her progress towards the end of life. This ensured that my mother had a peaceful and comfortable passing. Outstanding staff, dedicated to the comfort and well-being of frail elderly people, especially from the senior nurses.
I recommend this nursing home (Rose Villa) unreservedly.
