We feel nothing but friendly kindness when we visit my sister. She is not always the easiest but we hear nothing but praise from her regarding the care and treatment she receives from members of your staff.

I have been coming daily to Sand Banks Care Centre since my friend became a resident and I have to say what a wonderful place it is. You are treated with respect from the moment you walk through the door and my friend loves the attention she gets, the meals are excellent and a very good menu. I am always asked if I would like a cup of tea when I'm there. I worked in the industry for many years and I can truly say that Sand Banks Care Centre is top class. I would certainly stay here.

The staff was very nice and made my Mum happy for the two weeks she was in the home. And when she left. They all came to say bye to her.

The home is spotlessly clean and the rooms are all decorated in a lovely, modern way, so the home has a homely feel to it.
All the staff are pleasant and friendly even under sometimes extremely trying times, as my mother's dementia progresses in the dreadful ways that it unfortunately does.

There are activities for the residents but due to my mother's dementia, she is unable to participate. The food is all home cooked but again, unfortunately, my mother rarely eats it so she is given dietary support and encouraged to eat when necessary.

Our family member was very settled even in such sad circumstances. The support of the two activity staff alleviated apprehension and stress surrounding our relative attending her sister's funeral, allowing her to pay her respects which wouldn't have been possible otherwise due to her ill health. The staff members integrated very well with family members and friends at the funeral, showing respect and compassion. They were seamless handling her over to family members without any embarrassment, as other guests were unaware of the circumstances. They were friendly, professional and allowed our family member to make her own decisions with support. Staff members deserve a high level of praise, they were amazing.

When my mum first came to the home there were some ongoing issues, I have always tried to work with the home to resolve any relating to mum's care and I can say that the home have always listened and responded very positively to any concerns. The staff are wonderful, they are caring, compassionate and very professional. They have supported and continue to support myself and my family through what has been and continues to be a very difficult time for us. I don't know how we would have coped without them. They deserve the highest praise and recognition for the wonderful work they do 24/7.

My dad recently moved to Sand Banks in Redcar.
The level of care I have seen in the past weeks has been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are lovely and treat him with dignity and respect.
He is so much improved and happy. He likes the food and place is spotlessly clean.

Staff are extremely kind and caring. My husband has been in since Sandbanks opened. He started in respite care and is now a permanent resident. All of his needs are being met by staff. He has deteriorated mentally and physically over time and staff have helped both himself and me to cope with these changes.
