JARED MEIN has 15 years of hospitality experience and is responsible for managing all in-house and front-of-house staff and accompanying duties. This includes reception, laundry, kitchen and catering operations, health and safety, and maintenance. Jared makes certain that Stratton Court Care Home runs like a ‘well-oiled machine’ and ensures that the ‘resident journey’ is appropriate, person-centred and safe and that his teams are briefed on equipment, laundry, room requirements and a first-class welcome. Sinead is Stratton Court Care Home's Registered Manager and has been in post at Stratton Court Care Home for over a year. It is her first time in a Registered Manager’s role, and she has ‘dived right in.’ Sinead has over 16 years of experience working in healthcare and is also a Registered Mental Health Nurse.

Chloe is the Corinium Unit Lead and is dedicated to all of her residents and staff within her unit. She always goes above and beyond in her role and regularly has to be ‘pushed out of the door’ as she does not stop delivering high levels of care for far longer than her shift actually lasts. Chloe is a very popular member of the management team and families delight in working with her. She has very high standards of care delivery and inducts her staff team with pride, knowledge and, most importantly fun!
Job Title: Front of House Manager

Libby joined Stratton Court Care Home over 5 years ago and has spent time fine-tuning and embedding her role. Libby is our Front of House Manager and Wellbeing Champion. She is often the first point of contact for those entering our wonderful building. From assisting the residents with their weekly grocery orders, booking hair appointments, ordering lunch or even arranging a bus trip to town, Libby is ready to help at all times and is also a skilled carer who can step in and support the team where necessary.
