I came to Statton Court Care Home for a week convalescence after a hospital stay following a cardiac procedure as I now live on alone and felt that I needed support for a few days on discharge. This proved to be very successful as I have an excellent room, nursing care if needed, first-rate food and plenty of it and friendly and caring staff available at all times - all within a 5-star environment. Highly recommended.
Thank you again
I moved into Stratton Court as a gift from my family as I had experienced some health issues. I was made so welcome by everyone. Nothing was too much trouble. I have never in my life seen such dedicated and loving staff. Everything was fantastic in Stratton Court. My two-week respite made me realise that this is where I belong. So with the help of the dear Manager, I have my own apartment and have made wonderful friends all around me. God bless you all.
Thank you for such a lovely review J S. We really enjoyed your company at Stratton Court and are always here if you need us!
Having had one night in hospital after an operation I spent a week here at Stratton Court. Everyone has been lovely and kind, always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The meals have been excellent and extremely well presented a good choice.
I am very impressed with the building appearance - like a 5-star hotel. The facilities are beyond expectation for a care home. The care, concern and attendance of the staff are over and above and all express pleasure in taking care of my brother-in-law. His comfort is paramount. The extension of care to his family and visitors is beyond the normal expectation. I'm very happy he's in there. We wouldn't have him anywhere else. Thank you very much.
My whole family and I could not have found a better place for my dear husband.
Thank you for your kind words, Sharon, we very much enjoy having you and your family at the home.
I don't do much activities wise but I thoroughly enjoy the day trips when I have been able to go.
My gran has been here for the last few months and struggled with the transition. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, she loves the fact she can get out and about to the local area. She has commented on how well she is eating and her enjoying her meals.
Five-star facilities and five-star care. This home has a nice, relaxed, friendly ambience. They cared for me so well I left feeling I had just enjoyed a lovely holiday.
Nothing at all to complain about.
My grandmother was cared for at Stratton Court Care Home for 2 weeks while my mother and I went abroad. We were very impressed by the facilities (lovely grounds and buildings), staff and overall feel of the place. My grandmother is an art lover so she particularly liked the paintings. We must say thanks to the staff that took such great care of her - very considerate and knowledgeable. Many thanks, we will be using Stratton Court's services again in the future.
We hope to see your grandmother soon and hope you enjoyed your holiday!
I would highly recommend this village to other service users or elderly people considering later life choices.
My grandfather was incredibly sad to leave.
Thank you Stratton Court Village.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Your grandfather was lovely and fitted in very well with the other residents. We hope to have him back again soon!
Beautiful care home. My aunt was very well cared for during her respite stay. Excellent food and choice of menu. Staff interested and caring throughout her stay. I will certainly recommend Stratton Court.
1) All management including the Managing Director engage with residents on a regular basis - MD had lunch with mum and another resident today - not the first time, so different to our previous experience where management demonstrated little interest.
2) Excellent quality of staff and the promise of a qualified nurse available at all times has been delivered, unlike our previous experience.
3) The food is on a completely different level, I would pay to eat here. The head chef meets with each resident during the induction process, to discuss likes and dislikes as well as any specific nutritional requirements.
Reception staff available 7 days/wk so visiting is a pleasure.
Thank you so much for your lovely review of Stratton court, it is a pleasure to be able to care for your Mum.
Aura Care living, Stratton, Cirencester is the gold standard of care homes. The staff and services are excellent and one gets the impression that every day the staff and management go to work with the sole objective of striving to give their best and improve the lives of people who are often overlooked in our society. At a time when care of the elderly is often precarious, it is a joy to know Mumis safe, well cared for and happy. I can highly recommend.
Thank you very much for your lovely review, it's a joy and pleasure to look after your Mum.
