I can't fault this care home for their kindness to me and my friends who required respite care for their mother following the death of their father . In particular Carla and Donna (deputy manager) were very kind , sympathetic and extremely caring to everyone involved . Knowing that mother is somewhere safe with people who are a credit to the organisation and the profession gives us comfort at a very difficult time
Thank you so much for your lovely review! we are so glad to read that we were able to help in a time of need for you all and that we could offer comfort for a difficult time. it is a pleasure to have you all part of Studley Rose.
I am very impressed with the care home & staff and compares very well with my experience of other homes. Well done.

From the moment my father went into the home, the staff treated my father with respect and dignity. Staff treated us as a family with empathy. Nothing was too much trouble. My dad settled in very well, more so than his previous home. I cannot fault anyone within the home. They are truly inspirational and should be proud. Like a second family.

Dad has been a memory care resident for almost one year. During that time the team at Studley Rose have gone above and beyond to help him settle and thrive. We experienced the loss of my mum earlier this year and the level of care and compassion has been outstanding. I am so thankful to have found a safe and excellent place for dad's long term care.

My family are very happy with the care provided for my 97 yr old mother with alzheimers. My mum always has clean clothes on, never clothes which are soiled. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble if anything extra is required, and the food is always very nice with large portions. All the rooms are very well furnished and equipped and always very clean, as are the communal areas. The are lots of activities put on for the residents.
Many thanks for your lovely review! we are so happy to read this and see that you and mum are happy with Studley Rose and it is lovely to have you both part of our home
My wife has been at Studley Rose for a month now under respite care. She was so warmly welcomed by all and the care and compassion has be excellent and consistent throughout, allowing her to settle in well with no anxiety. This has in turn allowed the family to relax knowing that she is in good and safe hands and are now confident to extend her stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending Studley Rose to any family and their loves one.

It is almost 5 months since our mother was so warmly welcomed to the wonderful family that is Studley Rose and she is thriving. The care she receives has remained consistently outstanding. In fact, Studley Rose is a benchmark in kindness, care, comfort, thoughtfulness, and sincerity. Above all else, the level of compassion which is shown equally to residents and to their families is unrivalled and I can't thank them enough.

Your recognition of our team's dedication to kindness, comfort, and thoughtfulness means the world to us and I will be sure to pass this on to them. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
The manager and the team at Macc really went the extra mile to facilitate the move - 'The Great Escape' as Mum called it. The management, nursing and care staff were all so kind to Mum, and our family, through every stage.
Thank you everyone you making our last weeks with Mum so much easier - what you do takes special people, we feel blessed.
Thank you so much for your kind words and 5-star review. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to support both Mum and yourself - Mum was an absolute pleasure to support and you'll both always be part of our Studley Rose family. This feedback will mean so much to the team and I will be sure to share this with them.

Mum had a short respite stay first and was able to maintain her independence, yet be looked after and cared for in perfect proportions. A month later, after such a positive experience, she moved in to Studley Rose and has settled so well.
When you enter the home you are made to feel so welcome and part of the family. The staff are so friendly and caring and know the residents well.
Thank you to everyone at the home, it is so good to know Mum is safe and cared for to such a high standard.
Thank you so much for your kind words and 5 star review, this really does mean so much to us here at Studley Rose. We were delighted to welcome Mum back into the family following her positive experience with us during respite. It's an absolute pleasure seeing Mum joining in with all the activities...
My sister has been a resident of Studley Rose for about three months. I could not be more impressed with the level of attention and care that she is receiving. She has brightened, quite noticeably, from when she was living alone. I attribute that, to a great degree to the variety of engaging activities that make her days so much less boring than just sitting at home watching television. Both the staff and the other residents seemed to embrace her from day one. Almost immediately, she developed a sense of belonging. I live all the way over in America and my way of connecting with my sister is via video chat. She has trouble, at times, dealing with how to make the connection and open up her video camera. The staff has proven always ready to get with her and help us get connected and that has meant the world to me in keeping in touch with my Sis.
Thank you so much for your kind words Steve, that really means so much to us here at Studley Rose. It's so important that we support those living with us in staying connected to the people they love, so I'm pleased to hear your positive feedback. We're incredibly honoured to have your sister as part of our family. Here if you need anything at all and speak soon.
Upon arrival, we were impressed by the friendly and warm welcome from the staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. My husband has been a resident of Studley Rose for one week and has been so well looked after.
Margaret, thank you so much for your kind words and glowing review, this really does mean so much to us here at Studley Rose. Your husband has settled into the Studley Rose family so well and it really is so lovely to see you all enjoying the facilities together. We're always here if you need anything at all and we look forward to seeing you on your next visit.

Meet the Team (7)

Hi, my name is Faye and I am the Home Manager at Studley Rose Care Home.
I am a registered nurse, having qualified in 2009, I also had a brief couple of years as a qualified midwife but I decided that my passion remained in nursing and I have been specialising in older adults nursing for the last 12 years.
My career progressed from nurse in charge, through to deputy manager and then home manager, one of my biggest achievements was working as a team towards a CQC rating of outstanding and maintaining that outstanding rating.
I am very dedicated to my job role and will always strive for the best, enabling residents to live the best life they wish for.
In my spare time, I like gardening, I am a member of a running club and I am kept busy with family life.

I have been here since the home opened in August 2021.
I have worked in the care sector for 28 years originally training as a nurse.
I enjoy the friendship, supporting our wonderful residents and the diversity of the staff team.
We are one big family at Studley Rose.

I am the Home Administrator at Studley Rose Care Home.
I have over 18 years of experience working within an office environment, and am fully qualified to level 5 in HR. Within the care industry, I have been working for a year. I joined Studley Rose in June 2025, and I am thoroughly enjoying the home and my role here. And it feels like I am very suited for the role here. I enjoy the care environment and getting to speak with a wide range of different people every day. After personal experience of a family member being in a care home, I have developed a passion and interest for the industry and looking forward to developing further here.

I have had a variety of roles, working in industry for 20 years and the care sector for 23 years. 11 years working with Learning Disabilities and 12 years in care for the elderly.
I love working at Studley Rose as it is such a warm and welcoming environment. Everyone is so friendly and relaxed.

I was a nurse for 10 years in the Phillippines and gained my PIN in the UK Dec 2021.
I love how friendly everyone is at Studley Rose and what a warm and loving environment it is.
What is important to me is that our residents are safe and appreciated. If they are happy then I am happy.

I have worked in the health and social care sector for over 14 years, including being a nurse back home.
I really enjoy my role here at Studley Rose as a senior care assistant as I get to make a real difference in the lives of those who live with us.

Hello, my name is Millie and I'm a care assistant here at Studley Rose.
I have worked at Studley Rose for over a year now and I enjoy getting to know the residents and getting involved with the activities.
At school, I studied performing arts and from the age of 10 until 16, I took part in dance shows held at the NIA in Birmingham. We did freestyle, rock and roll and ballroom.
