Just want to thank everyone at Studley Rose. My mum came here in January after having a fall and has dementia. You are all amazing; the care you give my mum is brilliant; such a lovely place. When it was Mum's birthday, they put balloons and banners up. Mum has settled so well. Thank you all so much.

Studley Rose is an absolutely wonderful place in so many ways. The staff are key to this and feel like extended family. They are kind, caring and helpful and made a significant contribution to caring for my father, prior to his passing after a very short period of time at Studley Rose. As a relatively
new resident, my mother is still finding her way, which makes it all the more important that she makes a happy transition to her new home, and the staff are there and are doing just that. There are many different beautiful spaces where residents can relax with visitors who are always made welcome. There are kitchens where you can help yourself to tea, coffee and biscuits - just like home. They provide an extremely comfortable, caring and safe environment and one, where, we, as a family, are happy to have our mother living.

Studley Rose provides a safe, caring and clean environment with friendly staff who always appear to do their best to support the residents and visitors. The resident's rooms are good, although bland standards. A variety of different small and large communal rooms helps make the stay more interesting.
In general, my mother appears to be well cared for, and when there was a medical emergency, it was very well managed. I would like to see a bit more structure to the care plan and feedback to the family. There have been some changes in staff which may have affected continuity, and I believe the current team are fully committed to improving this aspect. Social activities for the residents appear to be enjoyable, with special attention on birthdays, Christmas etc. There has also been an effort to allocate some useful tasks, and if maintained, this should give a greater sense of purpose and engagement to the residents. So, overall good, and keep up these improvements - five stars next time.

My father has been in Studley Rose for a year now, and I'm so glad I chose this nursing home. It has modern facilities, a lovely garden, and the staff are very committed and professional. It's very calm and relaxing, which is ideal as my father suffers from Parkinson's. He loves his room, it's always
clean and tidy, and his clothes are always spotless. The food that the residents get is very varied and nutritious. We had Xmas dinner with him, the staff worked very hard, and the food was lovely. The management is very committed, and the medical care he receives is excellent. They also provide good entertainment and try and keep the residents occupied if they so wish. It's also good because they allow dogs to visit too, which Dad loves.
My father's care, health and happiness are my prime concern, and he receives all this and more at Studley rose.

My brother was looked after in a comfortable, caring environment by extremely professional and committed staff. Both the nursing team and support staff went out of their way to make sure all his needs were met. Nothing was too much trouble. They also made sure his family were supported at a very difficult
time emotionally.

I was very fortunate to be permitted to share Christmas dinner with my mother, who is a permanent resident in the Studley Rose Care Home.
Our dinner together was served in my mother's room as she is disabled from a stroke she suffered in August 2021, and she is a full-time resident.
The staff were
amazing. The Christmas dinner was of a very good standard, and the staff were very helpful, as always.

My mother-in-law was taken to Studley Rose in November 2021. We have found this home to be amazing in all of her needs. It is so bright and cheerful, the rooms are beautiful and have everything to make her life easier. She has enjoyed all the activities and entertainment, which were arranged over the
Christmas time. We are so happy she is so well looked after by the wonderful staff.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care my mother is receiving at Studley Rose Care Home. The home is like a 5-star hotel in a very quiet location, surrounded by landscaped gardens, ample parking, beautiful bedrooms, immaculate throughout, fantastic food, a hair and nail salon, a cinema, and activities,
and residents are treated with the utmost respect. My mother has Lewy Body Dementia, hence needs full-time care with everyday tasks and also having to be fed. From the manager to all the staff, they are amazing with the care I see them give not to just my Mother but all residents. My mother was 84 yesterday, and she had a brilliant Birthday - thank you to all the fantastic staff! If you are looking for a care home for a loved one, I highly recommend Studley Rose Care Home.

The care given to my dad was excellent. The home was superb in all respects. The staff were impeccable. They were caring, professional and just really nice. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

Mother has been in the home for 3/4 months. Her stay here has been marvellous. She loves it so much; she praises everyone. My mum never wanted to go in a home, but at 97, we thought this was the best option for her, and we were right. Everyone is so friendly. When I get older, I would love to live here.

A brand new care home, so my mother is one of the first residents. She has found it difficult to settle, having come from her own flat, but all the staff have been wonderful to her, going out of their way to make her feel a valued member of this little community. New residents are moving in all the
time, so Mum is able to find more people to spend time with, and more activities are being developed. Mum’s walking has improved as there are good paths in the flat garden and a variety of different socialising rooms in the building. All the staff are happy to spend time with Mum and have made a point of getting to know her well. Any queries I have had have been dealt with promptly and openly, with Mum’s best interest as key. An excellent care home!

Hi, my name is Faye and I am the Home Manager at Studley Rose Care Home.


I am a registered nurse, having qualified in 2009, I also had a brief couple of years as a qualified midwife but I decided that my passion remained in nursing and I have been specialising in older adults nursing for the last 12 years.


My career progressed from nurse in charge, through to deputy manager and then home manager, one of my biggest achievements was working as a team towards a CQC rating of outstanding and maintaining that outstanding rating.


I am very dedicated to my job role and will always strive for the best, enabling residents to live the best life they wish for.


In my spare time, I like gardening, I am a member of a running club and I am kept busy with family life.
