Staff are very welcoming and genuinely do care for the residents and the whole family. Nothing is too much trouble. Residents always clean and well dressed. Rooms and communal areas are clean, bright and welcoming. Same staff on unit helps with familiarity and settling in. Regular entertainment and good activities program. Can ring the home anytime for update on loved one and reassurance.

After very bad care homes experiences I am so relieved to find Whittle Hall as I can now relax in the knowledge my dad's looked after.
The staff are wonderful, caring and always a smile.
They treat all residents with care and as if they were their relative.

So glad we found this hidden gem.

Extremely friendly greeting on entering the home to visit a loved one. My sister was very settled and happy and fond of her accommodation. She was beautifully dressed and spotlessly clean.

The ambience throughout the premises was relaxed, homely, quietly organised. Security was discreet but very adequate. Friendly atmosphere and communication between staff and residents. Left home feeling very reassured and happy to leave my sister in your care.

Whittle Hall Care Home is of an excellent standard and the staff are very friendly and very approachable! Nothing is too much to ask for and the food is of a high standard. My grandad appears very settled here which gives the family peace of mind as we know he is safe when we leave.

Since my mother-in-law has been at Whittle Hall, I can only say everything has been fantastic. The staff are so attentive, caring and nothing is any bother. I would like to thank everyone here for that. You can leave here and know that your loved one is safe, warm and cared for. Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart! I would recommend anyone to try to get their loved one a placement at Whittle Hall.

I am so impressed by the caring and professional staff at Whittle Hall. They have only the interests of the resident at the heart of the care. Nothing is too much trouble, they go the extra mile to make sure the resident's needs and wants are met. As a relative, I have felt well supported and also cared for. Thank you.

Can't believe how happy and settled Mum is. All staff know her and treat her with respect. The home is beautiful and the food is excellent facilities are amazing. It is nowhere near the experience of previous homes where she cried non-stop. Here she is calm. The best I have seen her in a long time.
