A very welcoming and caring place, the staff could not have been more kind, and have offered us a great deal of their time. We are so pleased that the resident is here. The range of activities and the enthusiasm with which they are given is incredible.

Having spent only two weeks here I have found everything very satisfactory and would certainly return if needed. Regarding food and drink, as I have cancer of the mouth the chef has certainly done their best to accommodate me, for which I was very grateful.

I recently visited my mother for the first time since she moved to Windsor Court, I was very impressed with the facilities. Over the four days that I visited, it was a pleasure to meet many members of staff, all of whom were very caring of my mother and took the time to ensure that her needs were met with a smile. The ladies at reception always greeted us with a smile, the activities were very engaging, and the chef served a delicious luncheon. The business manager was always there to answer questions. It was heartwarming to see my mother being so well cared for. Thank you

My mum moved into Windsor Court in July last year. The rooms are spacious, well furnished and have quite a luxury feel about them. Mum has added pictures and soft furnishings from home which helps to give it a homely feel. The staff are lovely, really friendly and helpful. The activities program is great, with a wide variety of enjoyable things to do.
The nursing care is very good and the communication from them if there are any issues is prompt and efficient. It is a pleasure to visit and they look after visitors and family members very well.

It is a great relief to know that my mum is being so well looked after.

We have moved our mother from Windsor Court to another care home for the following reasons:
1. Continuous use of agency staff, many of whom are not invested in the residents or are unsure of their role.
2. Low staff levels and reception left unattended on numerous occasions (usually when staff are smoking).

3. Failure to activate our mum's door alarm despite knowing that residents were entering her room and frightening her. This culminated in a resident entering her room with a cutlery knife. Thankfully I was there to intervene.

My father arrived at Windsor Court with a complex array of health issues. We had looked at a number of care homes in the area, but meeting the manager and her team (and receptionist) was a 'game changer'. I knew I had found a 'home from home', somewhere he would be cared for and treated with respect and where we, as a family, would always be welcomed. It has been a marvellous experience for us all from start to finish. His final days and in particular his final hours could not gave been more peaceful. Thank you Windsor Court.

My father had absolutely outstanding care. Most important to us was the kindness shown to all the family whilst visiting and the seamless interaction with the excellent GP practice which came to the terminal care my father needed. The respect from every member of staff throughout all my father's care was exemplary. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We were so pleased to have found such a beautiful place staffed by such beautiful people.

I have found Dad has settled in nicely into his long-term care home. His needs are met as an individual with love, care and dignity. He feels secure and safe there and not at risk of falling over or not getting the care he now requires. Thank you Windsor Court. Truly grateful to you all for giving us peace of mind.

My father suffered a server stroke at the end of August. He suffered an infection as a result of the stroke and then contracted COVID-19 while in the hospital. My father also had Parkinson's disease, which further complicated things. The consultants decided that any further intervention was futile, and he was put on an end-of-life pathway and needed to be discharged to continue care. This was a very distressing and traumatic period for my father and mother, who are in their eighties.

We contacted Windsor Court, and the advice and assistance we received from the manager on obtaining the NHS funding and the choices that my father was entitled to receive was absolutely invaluable; within 24 hours, my father was transferred from the hospital to Windsor Court, where he immediately received the proper level of nursing care he required to finally make him comfortable. The nursing staff were very professional and caring and treated my father with dignity. The ethos at Windsor Court is holistic, and caring for the residents and their families was very evident from all of the staff we encountered at this fantastic home.

A very pleasant atmosphere to walk into. The staff are always helpful and courteous.
The home is always spotlessly clean due to the excellent housekeeping team.

There is a full programme of activities but often some are not suitable for people with impaired vision. Perhaps more could be done to address this. My mother enjoys the musical entertainment.

You could not find a more luxurious, safe, welcoming home from home. The staff are truly incredible, the building, the facilities and the way in which each resident is treated and cared for, you honestly couldn't dream or ask for a better place. As a family member, the emotional side that looking for homes etc brings along with worry and guilt is something no one wants to do every day, but Windsor Court and the team take that away and to be honest I wish we'd made the decision earlier.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and support that the staff of Windsor Court gave to my sister during the last few weeks that she had with us. Although it was sadly a short stay, I will not forget how well she was looked after, and she particularly loved the daily visit of the owner's dog. Thank you all so very much.

I went into Windsor Court Care Home following a hip replacement, realising that I'd need extra help for the first week after the operation, and it was the best decision I could have made. The Windsor Court Management really put themselves out to accommodate me at very short notice, straight after my discharge from hospital and were in contact with the hospital ward to ascertain my medical needs. It was so streamlined and professionally dealt with, and such a comfort to me knowing I didn't have to worry.
On my arrival, I was greeted with kindness and warmth (flowers and a welcome card) from all staff in general, and I can't sing their praises highly enough. A staff nurse also took me through my physio and walking up and down stairs, to ensure I could cope at home.

I really felt cared for and was delighted with the quality and ambience of the premises. My en-suite room was bright, clean and comfortable and meals were delicious. I thoroughly recommend Windsor Court.

My husband was one of the first residents when Windsor Court opened. His care has been excellent, nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are stylishly furnished and the public areas are delightful spaces in which to spend time. All staff really engage with the residents, know them well and make them feel special. I would recommend Windsor Court without hesitation.

The care and compassion shown to our mother from staff and management has been excellent. We looked at a lot of homes and Windsor Court Care Home significantly outshone them. The rooms and facilities are truly a home-from-home. It has made a difficult time a lot easier for the family after our mother's stroke.

My husband has settled in well since he arrived on October 4th 2022. It was an enormous change for him. He really likes the staff, and they look after him and his extreme lack of abilities in a very caring, calm and understanding manner. He smiles when they enter his room. Windsor Court is more than I could ever dream of in every way. They do everything they can to make his life as good as can be.
