My mother was a resident at Windsor Court for 8 months until she passed away.
All of the staff are kind, caring and extremely professional in every way and treated her with the utmost dignity.
The home is beautifully decorated to a very high standard, rooms are lovely, as is the bistro, residents lounge and dining room.
Thank you to everyone who helped in looking after my mother.

I would highly recommend Windsor Court as an exceptional care home.

Both of my parents have had exceptional care from Windsor Court. My father arrived at the home having not had the best of care at a previous home, the care and treatment he received in his last few weeks were wonderful, nothing was too much bother and even with the current Covid conditions I was able to be with him to the very end.
My mother had struggled with being in a care home but has settled well, she has made new friends and has even enjoyed some trips out in the minibus.

I have found the staff from management to cleaners to be helpful, cheerful and professional. I have recommended Windsor Court to many.

It is a pleasure to visit my mother in this lovely care home. The place is beautifully appointed and kept immaculately clean. My mother's room is very pleasant and she has everything she could possibly need.

The staff are all professional and caring and also friendly and welcoming. They have Mum's best interests at heart and that is very reassuring.

Having been in 3 previous homes, the day my aunt moved into this home her face lit up. Yes, it is a stunning home but the team with their compassion, professionalism and heartfelt care is what makes it the special place it is. My experience has been that management and staff are always available when needed, absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Sadly my aunt has recently passed away, but I cannot praise this exceptional team enough for their commitment and passion to care in all areas. To me too they became such a support and comfort. They are a family, a family I will never forget. Thank you all.

I desperately needed a break from caring for my husband who has Lewy Bodies Dementia. I can't tell you how delighted I was to find Windsor Court in Malvern! My husband has just returned from two weeks respite care and is full of praise for all the staff. I'm amazed to see the timetable of activities for the week - it's brilliant! I'm so happy that every day my husband's comments were glowing - he was truly happy there. Now daycare comes next with all the stimulation and company that he enjoyed so much.

The team and I were delighted to read your review- thank you so much for taking the time to submit this. We loved looking after your husband and missed him when he went home, but look forward to seeing him weekly for daycare.

I have truly found the most wonderful residential care home where I hope to spend the rest of my days! The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff go out of their way to make you so welcome and to comply with all our wishes. There is always someone on hand if you need help or advice. I love to put everything as excellent because that is what it is! I have yet to see anything I dislike or disapprove of.
