Both of my parents have had exceptional care from Windsor Court. My father arrived at the home having not had the best of care at a previous home, the care and treatment he received in his last few weeks were wonderful, nothing was too much bother and even with the current Covid conditions I was able
to be with him to the very end.
My mother had struggled with being in a care home but has settled well, she has made new friends and has even enjoyed some trips out in the minibus.
I have found the staff from management to cleaners to be helpful, cheerful and professional. I have recommended Windsor Court to many.
Reply from Ginny Peachey, Marketing at Windsor Court Care HomeThank you so much for leaving a review for us, we will always do everything in our power to be helpful, cheerful and professional. We were sorry that your father was not with us for longer, he was a lovely man and it is a delight to have your mum with us, her sense of humour is amazing and often cheers us up.

It is a pleasure to visit my mother in this lovely care home. The place is beautifully appointed and kept immaculately clean. My mother's room is very pleasant and she has everything she could possibly need.
The staff are all professional and caring and also friendly and welcoming. They have Mum's
best interests at heart and that is very reassuring.
Reply from Ginny Peachey, Marketing at Windsor Court Care HomeThank you so much for sending in this review for us and also for your very kind words. It is our privilege to care for your mum at Windsor Court.

Having been in 3 previous homes, the day my aunt moved into this home her face lit up. Yes, it is a stunning home but the team with their compassion, professionalism and heartfelt care is what makes it the special place it is. My experience has been that management and staff are always available when
needed, absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Sadly my aunt has recently passed away, but I cannot praise this exceptional team enough for their commitment and passion to care in all areas. To me too they became such a support and comfort. They are a family, a family I will never forget. Thank you all.
Reply from Ginny Peachey, Marketing at Windsor Court Care HomeThank you for your very kind words, it has been our pleasure to care for your aunt and we have enjoyed getting to know you as well. Thank you for choosing Windsor Court and we are delighted that both you and your aunt feel that everything went so well during her time with us. You are most welcome to visit at any time and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Very impressed by the Windsor Court Care Home, staff excellent, nothing too much trouble. New building in the centre of town.
Very pleased with all the care my husband is receiving, but nursing and general care. A very pleasant atmosphere generated by well-motivated staff.

I desperately needed a break from caring for my husband who has Lewy Bodies Dementia. I can't tell you how delighted I was to find Windsor Court in Malvern! My husband has just returned from two weeks respite care and is full of praise for all the staff. I'm amazed to see the timetable of activities
for the week - it's brilliant! I'm so happy that every day my husband's comments were glowing - he was truly happy there. Now daycare comes next with all the stimulation and company that he enjoyed so much.
Reply from Zoe Miller, Home Manager at Windsor Court Care HomeThe team and I were delighted to read your review- thank you so much for taking the time to submit this. We loved looking after your husband and missed him when he went home, but look forward to seeing him weekly for daycare.

I have truly found the most wonderful residential care home where I hope to spend the rest of my days! The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff go out of their way to make you so welcome and to comply with all our wishes. There is always someone on hand if you need help or advice. I love to put everything
as excellent because that is what it is! I have yet to see anything I dislike or disapprove of.

Current Review Score: 9.7 (9.749)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.7 (9.749) out of 10 for Windsor Court Care Home is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.7 out of 5 from 24 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 22 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Care Home is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.749 for Windsor Court Care Home is calculated as follows: ( (243 Excellents x 5) + (15 Goods x 4) + (6 Satisfactorys x 3) + (2 Poors x 2) + (9 Very Poors x 1) ) ÷ 275 Ratings = 4.749
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Windsor Court Care Home is based on 22 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 51 registered maximum number of service users is 10.2, which has been reached with 22 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
