Music from the 40's

Today we celebrated VE Day with a lovely afternoon of music, memories, and togetherness. We were joined by Connie and Kate, who gave a fantastic performance of 1940s songs to help us mark the occasion. Residents sang along, danced, and thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment. Before enjoying some lovely picky bits of food together, we held a two-minute silence to remember and honour those who served and sacrificed during the war.
