I have found this care home excellent, the atmosphere is very homely when you walk in, all staff are very welcoming when you go into lounge, have found all staff and manager brilliant with my mum and all other residents, I can't praise them enough for there dedication in making sure everyone has what they need, they do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this care home

After five years in their care, my mother passed away last week. I cannot recommend Jackie, Mandip and their lovely, loyal staff highly enough. The fees are reasonable, but the care has always been top notch.

I cannot speak more highly of Lansglade House.

Plus hairdresser visits make my relative feel good.

Moving Nan into Henrietta House was a difficult decision, but we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. She has settled in so well, and it's reassuring to see how happy and comfortable she is.

The staff are all incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. Everyone takes the time to stop and have a chat, creating a real "home from home" atmosphere.

The home is beautifully maintained, and the gardens are lovely. Everything is kept spotlessly clean, Nan's room is always well cared for, and the laundry service is excellent.

We are so grateful for the kindness, compassion and dedication shown by everyone at Henrietta House. It gives our family real peace of mind knowing Nan is safe, happy and so well looked after. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

as the daily routine of wonderful care, the home goes beyond the call and organises so many special events for residents and family and friends. Recently we have had my in-laws' 70th wedding anniversary celebrations, 'going to the seaside' (the staff brought the seaside to the residents, including sand!!) and the wonderful summer party. Each occasion is a real celebration of life and everyone loves them. The leadership is first class and the staff work together as a tight team and are simply outstanding. Thank you to everyone.

I can speak very highly of Lansglade House. From the beginning, the staff made my cousin and the family feel welcomed, supported and genuinely cared for. What stands out most is the kindness and compassion shown by everyone, particularly the management team of Jackie and Mandip who go above and beyond to ensure every resident is treated as an individual with dignity, respect and warmth. The staff give their full attention and time, never making anyone feel rushed or overlooked. The concern for each resident's well being is sincere and heartfelt and it is clear that they truly care about the happiness and comfort of those in their care. This gives families enormous peace of mind when a relative is frail and needing individual support.

My dad has been at Lansglade House for a few weeks now. He has settled in to the homely environment very well. The staff are lovely, very attentive, friendly and seems that they genuinely care. He enjoys the food and has a lovely room. I attended one of their celebration parties recently which was great fun and delicious food.

Our mother was at Annandale Lodge for just over two years until she sadly passed away last month. We'd like to say a huge thank you to the Manager Georgina and all the other wonderful staff for their love, kindness and support throughout her time there. We would like to give a special mention to Mary, Sam, Jay, Millie and Mo.

In spite of having advanced dementia, our mum settled into the home very quickly and was happy and comfortable throughout her time there which brought us great comfort, for which we will be forever grateful.

Visited mum-in-law today. She was clean and tidy and was sharing tea and biscuits and I was happy to see she had another drink on her table as well. She seemed to be a little brighter than on our last visit and we did manage a little chat. The staff - Jackie, Mandip and team are lovely. I feel lucky that we found somewhere that mum is so well cared for. We are very grateful and appreciative of the level of care she receives.

The entertainment today, Valentine's Day, was absolutely brilliant, the staff fantastic as usual, looking after residents and their families.

From the instant mum moved in, we were all treated in a personal & friendly manner by all staff from Management, Carers & Nurses, Catering, housekeeping and activities staff alike. They discovered her personality, background and interests, to bring up in daily conversations. She felt very safe in their care and had a very comfortable room, with staff on hand night and day, who responded immediately in a friendly and responsive manner. This included church visitors which she greatly appreciated. There were regular activities and meals coordinated with festive days and it became a home from home for us and mum in clean, welcoming and positive surroundings. As her preferences changed, the kitchen staff adapted to ensure she remained fed and well. We were instantly informed of any changes especially to medications. She passed away peacefully and we are comforted by the fact that her last months were happy, safe and loving. Would definitely recommend Annandale.
