My first impression of Lansglade House on my initial visit was impressive it was spotlessly clean and the residents all seemed happy and the staff were attentive and compassionate. The manager was extremely helpful and I left feeling very positive, My mother has been at Lansglade house now for only
two months but already we have noticed a huge improvement in her mental wellbeing. She is a lot happier and engaging with her family and fellow residents.
My overall rating for Lansglade house would be a big 10/10.

My dad was treated with the utmost compassion and dignity in his last days at the home. The care given was amazing, and visiting night or day was given without question. The staff were so accommodating and very professional in there care, not only for my dad but for all the residents in the home. I
cannot thank Lansglade enough from all my family I would recommend Lansglade house to anyone looking for a caring home.

Brilliant Summer Party at Lansglade this afternoon. I haven't seen my Mum so happy and animated in ages. She loved it. Great to hear all the old songs, the staff got all the residents joining in. Congratulations to the manager and all her fantastic staff. A real treat for everyone. X

My father came to Langsglade House for a period of respite. The reason we choose this care home was for the ethos of care, treating his as a person, getting to know him and making him feel as though he could belong there and amongst caring staff and friends. My dad is a difficult person, but this did
not phase the wonderful manager and caring staff. I hope one day he will return for good.

Having just taken part in a fantastic 'Victory in Europe' party at the care home, I feel I must write to commend the entire staff on their professionalism and enthusiasm at yet another great event. Having recently noted the naturally declining health of my elderly father in law and his increasing desire
to stay in bed, it was just wonderful to see him up and about singing and tapping along to the songs. He never stopped smiling and laughing with the professional singer and the 'mad cap' dancing staff in their fancy dress. The many events that the home offers clearly unites the residents and it is evident that they have a genuine bond with their carers. Led by the super enthusiastic management team and supported by the completely balmy chef, I have nothing but praise for the whole team, my heartfelt thanks to you all.

On walking through the front door the home felt alive and vibrant. Welcoming, like walking into my home. The whole place was clean and well maintained with happy and communicative staff who engaged with the residents and responded quickly to any alarms.
Mum was found to have infections on day one
which were treated before we knew of it. They help and support mum brilliantly.

Lansglade House provides all aspects of care for their residents. Seeing my Nan thrive everyday and get better is fantastic to see. All staff are all welcoming and kind to relatives of the residents. Seeing my Nan eat well to, due to amazing chefs in Lansglade House provides food the residents. From

Dad has been at Landsglade for over three years now and I cannot fault the care and the love and attention that all the staff give to Dad.
Recently, Dad's been quite poorly. I can honestly say the carers got us through what was a really tough time and made it a much easier time.

My wife came this week to your care home from the local hospital, she is suffering from dementia
It was nice to find such wonderful care staff and management. They gave us both lunch and it was second to none.
The management and all the staff are always jolly and there if needed doing their job with
pride and skill. My wife is there for 6 weeks and I know I can go home knowing she is in safe hands.

The staff are so thoughtful and patient with the residents. They show compassion and understanding with new residents adjusting to a big life change. Lansglade House has a welcoming atmosphere, very clean, bright and always busy with staff tending to the resident needs. Residents rooms are very clean, bright, cheerful and tidy. Drinks (either soft drinks or tea etc.) are always available. The quality of the food looks excellent. The manager is excellent

My mum moved here last year, their amazing care team look after them all very well. They make you feel very welcome, the manager is very caring and understands the needs of everyone. They shower my mum a lot and hygiene is very good and up to standard.

My grandma recently turned 100 and has been a resident at Lansglade House for over 5 years. We are all very reassured by the excellent care she receives there. Her room is clean and she is calm and content. She is very frail and limited but her changing care needs have been managed very well by a stable

Brilliant experience with Lansglade House.
Dad is so well cared for.
His accommodation is clean and tidy.
There is always someone around when Dad gets anxious.
But what sets Lansglade aside from anywhere else, in my experience, is the empathy, compassion and dedication of its colleagues.
As Dad's
dementia progresses, the management has recently with my sister and I. They have patiently taken us through his notes and recent history so that we can make the very best decisions for our dad. It gives us confidence and security.
This place sets a standard of compassionate loving care through a very difficult period of its resident's lives.
I love this place, and most of all, the people who work here.
