The manager and his team at Star Road have been totally amazing to my brother and Mum and I over the years, they have significantly increased their quality of life. My brother is excited to arrive at Star Road, he heads straight to the living room and loves the interaction with all their staff, who
make him feel special.
The manager is such an exceptionally compassionate, caring, talented and thoughtful person. He has been amazingly supportive and understanding to my mother and I throughout these years. You can tell he cares deeply, and takes the time to understand each person so well, including my brother. The manager has done an incredible job of training an exceptional team. He gets everyone to work together in a harmonious way, he creates a welcoming, warm, positive and joy filled environment at Star Road. It really feels like a home, away from home.
I have peace of mind knowing that my brother is safe, healthy and happy at Star Road.

Some male members of staff are not dedicated to their jobs. They ignore the residents at times when they need attention. The most annoying part is that one of them invites his girlfriend's to come around at night and has fun with her in the home. Very appalling situation.
