Willow Lodge is brilliant. The manager sets a brilliant ethos of holistic care for the staff. The staff are caring & respectful of all the residents. The improvements to the rear lounge & conservatory have made it a much nicer environment for all. The marquee in the garden has been a wonderful environment for residents and I commend you for ensuring that it is once again available, especially in the extreme heat. Fresh air, light and the garden environment are great for well-being. The activities coordinator is a joy and creates a community feel.

Staff are pleasant and work well with the clientele. The room is a bit small, but is clean and tidy.

I have seen specialist community staff in action on visits; physiotherapy & specialist community nurses. An experienced hairdresser had washed & expertly cut my friends hair. Trained nurses and care staff; some who are from an agency, are often in the lounge area's assisting with drinks. At lunch times it is particularly busy, as a number of residents need assistance with specially prepared food. The home is clean and visitors are always welcome.

Use of urine odour eliminator and some air freshener distributors.

Other aspects of the home are perfectly adequate. The most impotant thing is that we trust the staff to treat her with respect.

Lloyd Park Nursing Home has been looking after Mrs Joan for four years, during which time the staff and management have provided perfectly tailored care to Mrs Joan ever mindful of her dementia diagnosis, her other medical needs and her disposition day to day. I have been provided with regular updates regarding her well-being, and feel assured that she is being excellently looked after.

My sister has been very happy there and I'm always updated on her situation by the manager she seems very fond of the staff who know how she communicates and cater for her needs and the communication between myself and the team is good

My visit was during a very busy lunch when the number of residents seemed extremely high and more disturbed and needy than usual. They needed more staff on this shift. Have been happy with the care but was slightly worried on this occasion.

The services are very good and the staff are helpful and friendly. The manager excels in the duties that she carries out. The overall experience is very good.

My father is in this home for 7 months now. The home is amazing. Staff excellent. He's a changed man. Very happy here.

Excellent nursing home, management and staff are friendly, caring, always happy to chat and answer all questions and any worries that I have. Willow Lodge is clean and the food is excellent with plenty of variety. I highly recommend. Beautiful garden space for residents to enjoy in the warmer days, with plenty of shelter.

The home is in good repair and rooms spacious clean and well kept. All the staff are professional in approach. The staff are attentive and the residents medial needs are appreciated. The residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion and are well cared for, clean and well dressed. The home is calm and conducive to well being of the residents.

A huge thank you to all at Willow Lodge. My stay here will hopefully be a temporary one, but I cannot fault the care I am receiving here. The garden areas are amazing and have been a massive self-help form of therapy for me, beautiful! Thanks again to all staff, and keep on doing what you are doing, you are amazing.

Our mum is receiving a great support as always. When we visit mum, we see the nice things. Well supported team members. One of the staff who helped mum today was very kind and respectful with dignity for out meal. Great pleasure to see such kind, well supportive staff. Thank you.

The care is very good everyone caring and kind.

We are very happy with the care our dad receives. He likes it here and is content. The staff are all very helpful and friendly.

The garden is very high-fenced. No views across any horizon which is important for reality and calming by my relative. Feels hemmed in.

The place does not get maintained on a regular basis and appears to be scruffy.

The staff are very caring with residents. Staff provide the service as per our requests. They are very kind to my mum.
