The staff are so wonderful in their spirit, skilss, patience and care for my aunt. The home is kept in excellent condition. On my visit today, I was greeted with a warm smile and a brief update on how my aunt has been today. I was then brought to her room where another staff member was sitting with
her. They brought us tea and allowed us privacy to be with my aunt. The rooms and common space are always spotlessly clean and there is the overwhelming feeling in the home of calm and care.

With every visit I am struck by the quality of care and kindness which is given to every resident. As a family member who can't visit every week it is very comforting to know that the management & staff have all residents best interests at heart & we are told of any changes in health & wellbeing as

I am incredibly grateful for the kindness and care my dad has received at Carrick House. After arriving in a very poor state following previous care, the positive care and difference they have made to his wellbeing has been remarkable and something our family will always be thankful for. The level of
care that the staff provide is absolutely excellent giving us complete peace of mind knowing our dad is in such safe hands. The home is clean, welcoming, good food, activities keeping him engaged. Choosing Carrick House was the best decision we could have made for our dad.

I can't praise this nursing home enough. The staff are amazing, and my uncle is so happy and settled here you can truly see it in his face and overall wellbeing. There is always something happening, and my family and I genuinely look forward to visiting. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with music
always playing and residents and staff dancing and singing together in many languages. It's a very diverse and friendly home. The Christmas party was out of this world, with stunning decorations, and every celebration or event is always so well prepared. The home is also spotlessly clean. A special thumbs up to the young activity coordinator, who always goes above and beyond with her energy, creativity, and kindness. Well done to the entire team you are all doing an incredible job.

Dad lived at Frithwood for about 5 months until he died. He settled very quickly and seemed to really appreciate the care individual staff members gave him. We were very moved by the amount of time that staff took to get to know him. One staff member even saluted him at night as Dad had been in the
Air Force! Dad loved that! He was well cared for and listened to. We were always able to chat with staff and ask any questions. We are very thankful to Frithwood and each member of staff who made Dad's last few months as comfortable as they could be and helped make him feel safe and looked after. Based on our family's experience we would absolutely recommend Frithwood to other families.

My experience was good. I am happy with the care that was provided to my mother. The staff was friendly and reassuring that she was in good hands. They were througher with the check in and out to ensure she had all belongings documented. There was a range of food and activities differing depending on
the day. I will defo be using the services again.
