My husband has been a resident for some time now and receives excellent care. All the staff from the manager to the carers and the cleaners are welcoming and all greet you with a smile. He is now completely bed bound and the care he receives is second to none. Can't recommend them highly enough.

All the staff from the top down were very kind and proffesional. The nursing staff left no stone unturned and alert to any changes in my mothers health.

My mother who suffers from dementia has been at Acacia house for nearly six months and we are really pleased how she has settled. As a family we are extremely pleased and happy with the care our mother receives. Cristian, Emily and Alina are very kind and are always available for a chat if needed. All the staff are very good and caring towards my mother. Thank you everyone at Acacia.

I viewed the home after having viewed 14 other care homes and was given the loveliest of welcomes by the care home Administrator Emily. It just had a real home from home feel from the start. Cristian the Care Home Manager, following my viewing was happy to travel to assess mum 70 miles away in a London hospital at very quick notice and a place offered the same day with her move in to care happening within a few days thereafter. Mum who has Dementia has been at Acacia now for 5 weeks and has been welcomed and supported by staff and residents. She is settling in gradually and has already made some wonderful friends. Her care plan is thorough and the nurses are supporting mum as well as myself and my sister, which is really appreciated at a time that is difficult. The carers are always smiling, residents always look clean and presentable. Overall, the right home and decision after a long search. A real home from home feel. Oakdale came highly recommended to us by another residents daughter and I can now thoroughly recommend Oakdale myself, they really do care.

Dad's been in Acacia House for a couple of years and he couldn't be happier. The food options are good, he's kept well groomed by the staff. There are always plenty of staff on duty who will go out of their way to help and support residents and family. I also need to pay a special mention to Christian, Alina and Emily who orchestrate everything in a calm and relaxed manner. I feel very comfortable with my Dad being at Acacia, it's like an extended family

This is the second home my mother has been in & I can honestly say that Acacia House is by far a more homely & community driven place. I would be happy to recommend them.

Excellent help in settling my Brother-in-law and supporting him in the loss of his wife. He had problems at first which were dealt with sympathetically. He now seems very settled and accepting that thus will now be his home! The staff are friendly and helpful as is the Manager Melanie.

I visited my sister in July 2026. I found the staff friendly and very helpful nothing seems to be to much trouble. My sister looked clean and well presented her room was also very clean and tidy. I have always found the staff at the home very professional they regularly phone or email me to keep me updated with any needs or health concerns regarding my sister, which gives me great peace of mind. On this occasion I was not present when it was a meal time so can not comment on the food ,however in the past it has always looked appetising and well presented. On the whole I am very pleased with this care home and feel my sister is well looked after and comfortable.

Attended the 25 years celebration BBQ Aug 2026 and wanted to say a big thank you for a fabulous well arranged event . The staff and some of their own family members provided great food , entertainment and lots of activities for all age groups. My dad has been a resident for just over a year and our family continue to be impressed with the level of special care , patience and kindness. We visit every week and have got to know staff , other residents and some of their families . It honestly feels liked an extended family .

All the staff are excellent and well trained at what they do for the residents, they show genuine care and respect for each one. They know me by name and treated like one of the family. They keep me updated on my mums welfare, her tablets etc and if she has had a bad day which is few. My mum is settled there. I feel blessed that we chose oakdale.

I have volunteered here for a little over 3 months. I help with activities mainly but will help in other ways if asked to. I find it a warm and friendly home where I feel I am accepted & valued and fit in with the team here. I'm not after a job but somewhere I can come and help when I'm able to and it works for me and the home.

I'm so glad my dad is being cared for at Creedy House. The staff are absolutely amazing and my dad seems happy and very laid back. His room is lovely and the property is very clean.

The staff are genuinely wonderful. The home is always clean, bright and cheerful. I feel confident that my mum is being looked after, and show a lot of love. It is a truly wonderful home im the sense of the word. Bless them all.

Daphne has settled in very well and has very much enjoyed the group activities especially the arts & crafts. I think the staff do an excellent job in sometimes difficult circumstances and situations. Keep up the good work!
