Newlands, in my opinion, is one of the best care homes I've come across. The manager is excellent as are all staff. They are kind, caring, compassionate and friendly. My aunt is so well-loved and cared for. The home is always clean and tidy and the food smells lovely. Any issues, I'm contacted and feel
fully involved in my aunts care. Keep up the amazing work!
