Our Daughter moved into Meadows a year ago and has absolutely thrived ever since.

The staff have been professional, compassionate and supportive to our whole family from the moment of contact, through transitioning, to moving in. Our Daughters needs have always been the prime focus and they have
been met in every way possible and continue to be. Our Daughter has a lovely bedroom, which has been personalised to her needs, we have been able to make it her own so that she feels comfortable in her own space. There is a wonderful garden for use for all service users too.
We could not wish for better staff, always so caring, interactive and happy, engaging our Daughter in the activities she enjoys. She also goes out into the community with staff for a walk, lunch, or a drive, which she loves. Our Daughter has settled so well since moving into Meadows and we can honestly say that she has never been happier. Thank you Insight and everyone at Meadows.

We're so happy with Orchard Cottage and the care provided to my son. The accommodation is perfect for his needs and staff are happy to adapt things when needed. It's modern and purpose built with a little private garden. Staff are wonderful. Highly recommended.

My experience of the care home is one of an extremely positive nature. The staff are extremely caring, calm and certainly very professional in their approach to the resident's family members. The staff goes above and beyond their remit because of their caring nature for the resident and want to achieve
a positive achievable outcome for the resident. The staff are also extremely encouraging and supportive towards the resident in what the resident would like to do or where the resident would like to go.
When contacting staff, the staff is always courteous, and never speaks in a judgmental manner and always shows willingness to want to achieve a positive outcome for the resident.

Excellent. Everything you would expect in a care home, this has, Aspley House continue to exceed my expectations- Staff are great and treat everyone kindly- Most importantly, my beloved sister is happy here, so ultimately that is all the review needed and speaks volumes. Staff really do make a conscious
effort to ensure that all of their service users are supported, listened to, and happy. Top tier care home, and 5 stars is not enough- Thank you to everyone for taking excellent care of my beloved sister, and special thanks to Management for running the ship :)
