We could not wish for better staff, always so caring, interactive and happy, engaging our Daughter in the activities she enjoys. She also goes out into the community with staff for a walk, lunch, or a drive, which she loves. Our Daughter has settled so well since moving into Meadows and we can honestly say that she has never been happier. Thank you Insight and everyone at Meadows.

We're so happy with Orchard Cottage and the care provided to my son. The accommodation is perfect for his needs and staff are happy to adapt things when needed. It's modern and purpose built with a little private garden. Staff are wonderful. Highly recommended.

When contacting staff, the staff is always courteous, and never speaks in a judgmental manner and always shows willingness to want to achieve a positive outcome for the resident.

Excellent. Everything you would expect in a care home, this has, Aspley House continue to exceed my expectations- Staff are great and treat everyone kindly- Most importantly, my beloved sister is happy here, so ultimately that is all the review needed and speaks volumes. Staff really do make a conscious effort to ensure that all of their service users are supported, listened to, and happy. Top tier care home, and 5 stars is not enough- Thank you to everyone for taking excellent care of my beloved sister, and special thanks to Management for running the ship :)
