My experience of the care home is one of an extremely positive nature. The staff are extremely caring, calm and certainly very professional in their approach to the resident's family members. The staff goes above and beyond their remit because of their caring nature for the resident and want to achieve a positive achievable outcome for the resident. The staff are also extremely encouraging and supportive towards the resident in what the resident would like to do or where the resident would like to go.

When contacting staff, the staff is always courteous, and never speaks in a judgmental manner and always shows willingness to want to achieve a positive outcome for the resident.
