My mum was very well looked after during her time in Kenroyal. The staff superb and all very caring. Mum enjoyed all the activities provided and loved to sing and dance. Mum was treated with dignity during her final hours. It was always reassuring to know that Mum was safe and cared for. Again - staff
and management alike were wonderful.

On all my monthly visits the staff I met, without exception, treated me with respect and dignity. I was asked if I knew the way to my friend's room. I was often asked if I would like a drink. My resident friend, despite sometimes being a little obstreperous, was also treated respectfully and dealt with
in a dignified way. Over time I got to know the manager. She took a personal interest in my friend (and very possibly, I think, every resident). She always greeted and treated me with kind deference.

My husband has only been residing at the Kenroyal a few days but I cannot express my gratitude as to how welcoming he and myself were made to feel. A well presented and very clean home indeed. The staff are all so very pleasant , kind and helpful and I am confident he will be well cared for.

My wife is a resident suffering with dementia. I visit every day. She is always washed, dressed and has had her breakfast.
The staff are always ready to help, polite and provide a drink. My wife has been in other care homes but here she is happy, well cared for, this is the best care home and our son
and daughter agree with this.

Always cheerful and helpful. Mum has very advanced Alzheimer's and is always made comfortable, safe and warm. No worries about the care and the manager and the team demonstrate their compassion and care daily.

Since my mum arrived at Kenroyal 10 months ago she has been treated with dignity and care. We have all been welcomed into the Kenroyal family. The staff are very attentive and treat each resident as an individual. Mum often comments on the lovely food when I ask her and says that she is pleased she
doesn't have to prepare it herself anymore. When we leave after a visit we feel that we are leaving her in very safe and caring hands.

My father has been a resident at Kenroyal for just say 3 years. I have nothing but praise for the staff and management of the home. My father is well cared for and other is a genuine sense of community within the home itself. Despite his cognitive issues he gets on well with the staff and seems content.
As visitors, my brother and I are always welcomed, offered refreshments and updated on any issues with Dad. We're very secure in the knowledge that he is being well cared for.

My mother was a resident of Kenroyal Nursing & Residential Care Home for nearly 4 years until she passed away on the 7th of September 2023. Throughout that time I have nothing but praise for the home. Under the manager it was always a pleasure to visit, she was always well cared for, clean and comfortable.
She passed away suddenly before I could reach her but the manager and her team were with her and were wonderful as always.

My dad was unwell for the last couple of months and has been treated very well by staff and nurses. Always called me at the right time to take the right direction. The staff are so kind and polite with everyone. My dad has been here for the last 4 years and had really good care, never had any issues.
I prefer to keep him here.

My mother has settled well since arriving in September 2023. She has settled down well and the staff at the home are very caring.
My family is very pleased with the care home and she is taken care of in all ways possible. This care home is one of the best my mother has been in.

I was very impressed with the care given to my friend. All the residents I noticed were being cared for. His lunch was of a high quality and served to him with patience and care. I find it a very humbling experience visiting Kenroyal because it must be very difficult looking after so many dementia residents
which I would never myself have the ability to achieve.

My mum has been in the home for approx 20 months and arrived from the hospital with very little appetite. They were very attentive to her and due to their diligence and care she finally started to eat. They have a very good activity department and all staff are very caring. The nurses are great at spotting
any health problems and doctor visits weekly. Spotlessly clean and the food looks appetising and hot.

I have seen so many changes in my husband since he was transferred from the hospital to this care home Kenroyal. He used to be very agitated when he was in the hospital and not eating well but since he's been here he's calmed down and settled. I believe because he feels at home in Kenroyal. The staff
are very caring which has made him settle well. The manager and the staff are always ready to listen to you and advise what you need to do. Their food is also great hence my husband eats well.
