I would like to provide a very positive review of my personal experience at Deepdene. I have a 'complex' condition but find all care staff are extremely helpful and polite dealing with complex issues. I witness all staff provide equal care to all other residents here within the home. It is very helpful
and reassuring that this help is provided at such high levels. I am aware of my difficulties but feel I am always offered respect and encouragement which is what I witness is provided to all other residents here. The building is kept very clean and tidy and a good 'home' environment is very helpful. I am happy to provide any further feedback if required.

The care provided for the resident is very high. Nearly all residents at Deepdene quality of care improves as soon as they get a place there. Staff have a robust care plan that works well for each individual. The environment is relaxing, clean and welcoming. They have a chef who cooks healthy meals
for residents.
