Your kind words about the warmth and professionalism of our team, especially Gill, mean a great deal and will certainly be shared with them. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the light not working in the toilet. Our team hadn't been made aware of this fault at the time of your visit, and so fixed the problem soon after it was reported. Your feedback about the gluten-free refreshment is important to us. We're sorry that on this occasion there wasn't a gluten free cake available. We cater for a variety of dietary requirements and usually have cakes for everyone, we will improve this going forward. Thank you again for your thoughtful and constructive feedback. We hope to welcome you again soon.
