We had a wonderful Christmas party at Oakwood. All the staff were welcoming and helpful and very caring to the residents. Recently we brought friends to visit my sister and their reaction was - they have never visited such a lovely care home as it is at Oakwood Court. One of the visitors is a retired
nurse and she was overwhelmed with the comfort, cleanliness and friendliness of Oakwood and the staff. Well done all.
Reply from Lizzie Gurr, Marketing & Communications Officer at Oakwood CourtThank you for your 5* review and sharing your enjoyment at our Christmas party. It's great to hear positive feedback from relatives and also from those who worked in care, acknowledging how we put residents at the heart of everything we do. Thank you!

Having now spent one year at Oakwood Court, Mum has been very happy and appreciates all the help and support she has received from all the lovely carers. She obviously feels safe and secure here and we (her daughters) continue to be impressed by the staff who often seem to go above and beyond to help
her.

My mother has been in the care of Oakwood Court for over four years now, and they have provided excellent care throughout. They have also adapted the care to take care of her deterioration due to Alzheimer's. They have done a great job in what can sometimes be challenging circumstances, our family are
very grateful knowing that our mother is in safe hands.

This was a last minute booking. Immediately upon walking in, I could see that this is a happy, homely place. All the staff I came in touch with were lovely. The food looked fabulous, which would make my dad happy. It is clean, comfortable and run by kind, caring staff. Will definitely use again. The
most important thing, of course, is that my dad was happy!
