All of the staff are absolutely amazing, professional, patient, skilful, caring and nothing is too much trouble for them, we visited at all hours and they could not have been more welcoming. It was like being in a small family-run hotel. The decor was uplifting and the room was bright, well decorated and along with the en suite bathroom, was kept immaculately clean. His laundry was attended to each day and delivered back clean and pressed. Food was excellent. This is an incredible asset to the area and its residents and we thank you from the bottom of our heart for all of your help with Dad.

I hope those who make these decisions regarding this facility never have cause to need to use it or indeed themselves if the government get their way and it is closed. I wrote to the local MP but to date have heard nothing back. Unfortunately I am not surprised.
