My mother has been at Greenacres, Heckington, for nearly 2 years and I think they are a superb care home. Very professional and caring staff, they have been absolutely fantastic with my mother, always treating her with great dignity and kindness, and most of all, as a PERSON with her own foibles and
ways and that may be a big reason why her dementia has hardly progressed at all in the time she has been there. Lots of activities, friendly staff, and always amenable to personalising her room etc. Very proactive in looking after the medical side of things and her emotions too. A byword for excellence in my book. I cannot thank Greenacres enough for how they have looked after my mum.
