Overall Experience

Dove Court Care Home have exceeded our expectations. The staff are so very caring and they make the care home feel like a 'home from home'. My friend has been here for the last four months, we visit regularly and are always made to feel welcome. The daily activities are thoughtful and engaging. The

management team have been so thoroughly helpful and kind and you really know they have the clients' best interests at the heart of everything they do. I could not be happier with our choice.

Overall Experience

Arcot House provided a homely, safe environment for my uncle for the past 7 years.
Although his needs have changed since his arrival, his level of care hasn't. I have always felt so grateful and happy knowing he is living in such a caring place with his needs taken care for in such a gentle way. I

felt so lucky to have my mother also residing in such a fabulous place.

Overall Experience

As with most people, my wife and I had great reservations about finding residential care for my Mother-In-Law. However, my whole preconceptions of life in a care home have been changed by Arcot, where a genuine home from home environment has been created. The staff are kind and are caring, the daily

activities are fulfilling, and the kitchen provides fabulous home-cooked food. Thoroughly recommend life at Arcot and would be happy to move in myself.

This has all been a new experience for me, and it's been beautiful from the start. The staff are so kind and caring, and I have enjoyed getting to know the other people here. My sister-in-law resides at Doveridge. On our visits the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the care she receives is outstanding, the menu is varied and the food is of a high standard. Couldn't wish for a better care home for her.

Overall Experience

My mother has become stronger physically and mentally since moving into Dove Court. The staff are friendly and very caring. They are now part of Mum's family. The home has very high standards and is very clean. The activities are varied and participation is optional. Mum had concerns about giving up

her home and moving into a care home. Dove Court allows her to be as independent as she chooses but will supply any help that is required. I would highly recommend Dove Court for any help that is required. I would highly recommend Dove Court for any relative that needs that extra care and look after to optimise their quality of life.

Overall Experience

Our family were so pleased to find the excellent care home Dove Lodge. From when Mum moved into her new home 20 months ago, we've always had peace of mind that she received the best care, love & attention. Compared to other local homes Dove Lodge was an obvious choice, leagues above others in many respects.

Mum loves the peaceful ambience of the home & choices of areas to relax in. The friendly, caring staff always give time to chat to us all. The excellent & varied choice of food & drinks made it feel 'hotel-like'! The inspired variety of ideas from the activities team was well received, plus the residents meetings. Dignity is always shown. Prompt responses to sudden needs, a given, all managed by the outstanding leadership & hardwork of the manager. Thank you.

I am so grateful to Dove Lodge care home for the outstanding care they've provided to my Mum. I have fond memories of supporting Mum with craft activities. The staff were incredibly considerate and gave friendly care throughout my Mums stay with you. We were able to go on holiday knowing mum was having

the best of care. The family were recognised and treated as part of the loving family here at Dove Lodge. What struck us the most was the truly compassionate and loving nature of the staff. They didn't just care for Mum, they loved her! This made for a wonderful environment and we will continue to recommend this outstanding home.

My stepmother had a very positive experience at Dove Lodge. She described it like being at a five-star hotel. I found it to be on my visits, friendly, superbly run and spotlessly clean. My mum has been in Dove Lodge for 12 years now and has a lovely room, she enjoys the food, nothing is a problem. They have activities most days and sometimes go out as a group. She feels safe and at home there.

I cannot recommend Arcot House highly enough. My 91 year old mother spent two amazing weeks there recovering from an injury. She left feeling very much better due to the professionalism and enthusiasm of the staff. Each and every one of them go above and beyond in every aspect of their work. They are

all so positive and their smiles say everything about how much they genuinely care. My mother and I wouldn't hesitate to use Arcot again should the need arise. Thank you so much.

Mum arrived 2-and-a-half months ago and has already settled in well. Management is very professional and Mum's safety and security is treated with very high importance. Staff (carers and activity) are excellent, incredibly caring and have really got to know Mum so she has settled quickly. Communication

is great and I feel listened to as Mum's daughter/carer. Mum loves to be busy so the varied activities keep her occupied and independent. Feel so blessed to have found Doveridge as Mum says she 'loves being there'. Thank you x

I love how quickly Mum has settled here since arriving in April. She says she loves it here and I can see why. The staff are genuinely warm and caring and Mum has so much mental stimulation here. As a relative I have always been made to feel very welcome when I visit.

Overall Experience

I would single out Dove Court for the exceptional quality of care, which is warm, attentive, friendly and compassionate. My mother recently died at the home after being a resident for four years and the gentle and loving way she was looked after in her final weeks and days meant so much to my family.

My father lives there now and is so well looked after. He drove a car until recently and greatly appreciated the parking space he was given. I would highly recommend Dove Court.
