Mum came to Kinmel Lodge in March 2021, during COVID. She was quite poorly and I thought she wouldn't last a few weeks. They have looked after her with great care and dignity. Staff and management are always available to discuss her health and any problems have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Mum had her bedroom recently decorated and it's lovely. They have gone out of their way to provide a hospital bed and mattress for her. She is very happy. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone.

My uncle has been a resident at Blossom House Care Home for some time now, and I can honestly say the care and kindness he receives is exceptional. The staff are so warm and welcoming - you can immediately tell this is a home where people genuinely care. The staff have taken time to understand my

cle's needs, routines and preferences, and it really shows in the way they interact with him. My uncle can be quiet by nature, but they've helped him settle in beautifully and brought back his smile.
Communication with families is also excellent - they're always quick to update me and genuinely care about involving me in his wellbeing.
Knowing my uncle is in such safe
hands gives me total peace of mind. If you're looking for somewhere that truly cares, not just somewhere that provides care, I'd recommend Blossom House without hesitation.

My mum has been a resident here for two years with dementia and Alzheimer's, and the care and love she has received have been truly exceptional. Every member of staff is kind, patient, and professional, treating Mum with dignity, warmth, and genuine affection. Even when she has been unwell, they've
gone above and beyond with one-to-one care, compassion, and gentle reassurance, helping her recover and improve when we feared the worst. The home is bright, colourful, and always spotless, filled with laughter and kindness - a true home-from-home. Communication is excellent, and we're always kept updated about Mum's wellbeing, which gives our family real comfort and peace of mind. There are fantastic activities, visiting entertainers, and even animal therapy, with every occasion celebrated with joy, creativity, and togetherness. Meals are healthy and nutritious, the management are caring and organised, and we can visit anytime. Mum is safe, loved, and content, and we'll always be grateful

I put my mum into this home, after she was unable to live on her own. I looked at quite a few, but after speaking to the manager then visiting the home to see the room for Mum, I was happy for her to go and be looked after. I can only say it was the right place for her, the staff are amazing and so
caring and the communication is first class, they look after Mum like she is a queen, and they always contact me immediately if there are any problems. I cannot speak highly enough of the management and staff, and Mum is so happy there.

My mother-in-law has received excellent care at Blossom House. All the staff are caring, patient and committed to the residents in their care. My Mum who has Alzheimer's has been a resident at Wishmoor for 6 months now. I have been extremely reassured by the high level of care Mum receives and the abundance of activities and day trips she has been involved in. I feel a close connection to many staff members who welcome us wholeheartedly when
we visit. I am kept informed and up to date with Mum's progress with emails, and following the Wishmoor social media page which shows photos of Mum involved in various activities and outings. I visit regularly and the atmosphere is relaxed, homely and colourful. The conservatory and gardens are a real bonus. The food is also very good which Mum enjoys and thrives on. The home is kept clean, bright and airy, I have absolutely no concerns about Mum's care at Wishmoor everything is run in a professional manner with an authentic charm that is hard to find these days.

So pleased I moved my mum to Blossom House from her previous care home. The staff really care about each individual resident's needs and interests and support each other, as a team. They treat my mum so kindly and make her feel safe and make a fantastic effort to keep her engaged and involved in all
the numerous activities that take place. The environment and respect for each resident is brilliant and genuine, and they listen to residents and families to ensure that they can provide the best care. Well done Blossom House!

A well run and caring home in which our mother has resided for the past two years. The staff are experienced and dedicated, the building although old is in good order and our mother's room in particular has beautiful views of the Malvern Hills. The food is good, with a very knowledgeable cook who goes
above and beyond her duties. Altogether a care home to be recommended.

My father-in-law has only been in the home since mid-December but I was very impressed from day 1 with the level of professionalism of the staff. After a couple of weeks, he seemed to be settling in fine, and the kindness and courtesy which he receives from everyone involved in his care is second to
none. There seem to be plenty of activities for the residents to take part in if they so wish, and as my father-in-law was admitted during December he got to go to the Christmas and New Years parties.

My mum recently spent some time in hospital and was quite poorly when discharged to Kinmel Lodge and her mobility was terrible. Management and staff put measures in place to ensure her safety and has since recovered really well. Management recently moved my mum to a different room to suit her needs,
and she is so much better. This shows a caring and proactive attitude from the manager and the team towards residents. Staff are great with my mum and always friendly when I visit. Thank you.
