My wife has been at Agnes and Arthur for a long while and always seems happy and safe. The home do lots of activities and show genuine care which is great to see. The activity staff are marvellous and help out even when family take their loved ones out. I have not one bad word to say

Mum is very happy and settled here. The staff are very helpful and caring. They always keep us updated on Mum's progress and how she is doing.
The rooms are always kept clean and tidy and the laundry service is very good.

The activities are very good and the food is excellent.

The staff here are exceptional. They are very supportive and caring. They communicate well with my husband, despite his dementia. They keep us informed of any activities and outings - which is re-assuring to know that my husband is participating in things. I feel confident that my husband is receiving first class care.

I am very happy with the care my Mum recieves. There are always care staff to help and give all the things to help make My Mum comfortable. She is assisted with her pesonal Cleanliness. Food. laundry Activities etc. There are always fruit and snacks available and you always have access to the Management and care staff

My mother in law has been here a few months and the staff have been amazing in helping her settle. The receptionist and activities staff go above and beyond.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Florence House Porthill. Since my mum moved in, the team has treated her with the utmost dignity, compassion and respect. The carers are patient, attentive and go above and beyond to ensure my mum is comfortable. The team keeps everyone thoroughly engaged with a variety of activities, and the catering is exceptional. From the moment you walk in, there is a warm, homely and welcoming atmosphere. It's outstanding.

This residential home has helped me tremendously. When I first came here they suspected I had frontal & lobal dementia. I have had good news this week, after my brain scan my results revealed it is highly unlikely I have got dementka. This is because the love I have received and help from everyone here has reversed it. This place has been the making of me. I am safe and happy. Great activities.
