This review is about one carer in particular, would just like to say how welcoming she always is when you arrive, she always goes the extra mile for my mum, nothing is ever too much trouble and is one the best carers at the home. She is always caring and professional.

My mother came to Quarry Hill in March this year. At first she was unsure due to it being a strange and different place from home but within days, she came to think of it as home.
The staff are lovely and made her feel welcome, they are all so kind.
The home is kept very clean and does not smell,
as some I’ve been in are not like this. My mum is always clean and she looks nice every day. The food is good and plenty of it.
I told her I was going to write a review on the home and wanted her input, she said to put that she has not got a bad word to say about her home or the people who look after her.

I truly cannot fault Quarry Hill Care Home. They have made it my nan’s home too. My Nan does not speak English which is a struggle, but all the staff accommodates her to the best of their abilities and make her feel at ease. The home is clean, friendly and I truly believe any resident looking for a
new home would fit in.
