The new activity coordinator has been a huge asset to the home in terms of keeping residents mentally and physically active where possible. There is plenty of room for all the equipment she needs and for visitors on days when she wants to stay in bed. An activities coordinator has recently been appointed and when I've visited I have seen various craft activities, bingo and quizzes taking place.
The food is good with a range of dishes on the menu each day, always fresh fruit and veg available. Staff consult the residents about the menu. Housekeeping do a great job keeping the bedrooms clean and tidy and managing the laundry. Communication is 5-star.

All the staff are exceptional and are true carers. I am truly touched by the care and support to provide to my auntie and also to myself and my family too.
