Every time I visit my mum which isnt as often as I would like as I dont live nearby. I am always met by friendly, helpful staff who's kindness and care is shown throughout their dealings with the residents and their colleagues. I am always impressed with all services supplied and I gain extra insight
when im not visiting, through Rider House's Facebook page. I look forward to seeing what the residents are up to and take delight seeing the end results of their activities. Amanda, the manager, as well as the other staff will always take time out if I have any questions and never make me feel that I am taking up their time. I am so impressed with the working relationships betweem the staff, residents and families and its a joy to see my mum so settled, relaxed and happy within this environment which is now her home #1stclass #ahappyplace

I came to The Grange from another care home and was made to feel welcome by the staff - and soon got to know the residents. I settled in very well - I have found the staff very nice and friendly - but professional at the same time. The dining room is some-times like a carry-on film with residents sometimes
disagreeing about odd things but the staff do step in, in a diplomatic way and I feel they all do their best and are friendly, approachable kind and fair.

Cedar Court have been exceptionally proficient in welcoming my Mother and her family to their home.
When visiting we are made to feel welcome and are kept updated of all aspects of Mom's care and her transition into the home.
As a family we are confident that Mom is receiving the highest level of

They provide lots of activities for Mom to take part in which benefits her wellbeing.

My mum has been a resident for the past month before that she had lived with me, so I was worried that maybe she wouldnt get the same care as with me. But I can honestly say every member of staff at the Langwith Lodge show the upmost professionalism and give 100% .
There is a lovely friendly atmosphere
throughout the lodge , and an activities team who most days involve the residents in a variety of activities from bingo, domino's , crafts and singing, they also get to go out on regular outings.
Also the meals are excellent , the grounds are beautiful overlooking a lake the Lodge is a wonderful Grand Stately Home and I'm so relieved to have found it for my Mum

My mum recently moved to Cedar Court from another care home, and the difference has been clear from the start. Her overall appearance - with her hair and nails nicely done and her clothing always neat and well-chosen - really reflects the care and attention the team provide.
The staff are professional,
kind, and clearly experienced in supporting people with dementia. Communication is excellent - I receive regular updates and a weekly email with photos of what Mum's been up to, which is such a thoughtful touch.
Cedar Court is a well-run and well-led home with a lovely courtyard setting and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. I'm very reassured knowing Mum is being cared for with such professionalism and respect
