Review of Ings Grove House from Lesley A (Resident / Service User) published on 11 December 2025 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

I have just come home today after 4 weeks at Ings Grove House (after 2 weeks in hospital after a leg injury).

The team on Willow have all been fantastic and can't praise them enough for their care, compassion and friendliness. I have always been looked after by the carers with dignity mixed in with a bit of humour!

The food has been lovely, with a good choice of foods.

The rooms are private with own loo & shower and very clean with plenty of storage space for clothes.

The physio staff have all been amazing in helping me regain my confidence to get me upright and walking again. Many thanks to Antony for getting everything sorted for my discharge any my care plan for home.

All in all an excellent experience for me.

Review of Ings Grove House from David C (Respite Resident) published on 29 October 2024 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

The food here is all home-cooked, as a fellow resident said "Just like Mother used to make". The carers really look after you and are generally happy in their work. The physios and other staff will help you get fit to return home. Every one seems happy to work here so the atmosphere is very welcoming.

Overall Experience
My husband was transferred from hospital to Ings Grove House on the 7th March 2024.
I can honestly say that he has improved 100% since coming here.
The staff are all amazing, extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooms are all en-suite and kept lovely and clean by the wonderful domestics.

I have nothing but praise for this rehabilitation home.

Review of Ings Grove House from Anne O (Niece of Resident) published on 26 April 2023 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

On Wednesday 8th March 2023, my aunt was transferred from hospital to Ings Grove House Care Home for a period of rehabilitation. She was a resident for four weeks and every member of the team, without exception, was extremely friendly, caring and professional. She had a lovely, clean room with a pleasant view and I understand the food was delicious. I’m delighted to say my aunt has now returned home and wish to express my sincere thanks to all those who had a part in making this possible. I know she is going to miss you all. Thank you.
