The food here is all home-cooked, as a fellow resident said "Just like Mother used to make". The carers really look after you and are generally happy in their work. The physios and other staff will help you get fit to return home. Every one seems happy to work here so the atmosphere is very welcoming.

My husband was transferred from hospital to Ings Grove House on the 7th March 2024.
I can honestly say that he has improved 100% since coming here.
The staff are all amazing, extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooms are all en-suite and kept lovely and clean by the wonderful domestics.
I have nothing
but praise for this rehabilitation home.

On Wednesday 8th March 2023, my aunt was transferred from hospital to Ings Grove House Care Home for a period of rehabilitation. She was a resident for four weeks and every member of the team, without exception, was extremely friendly, caring and professional. She had a lovely, clean room with a pleasant
view and I understand the food was delicious. I’m delighted to say my aunt has now returned home and wish to express my sincere thanks to all those who had a part in making this possible. I know she is going to miss you all. Thank you.

My Father comes to Castle Grange for respite and I cannot praise the staff enough on how they look after my father. He has dementia but remembers how much he enjoys going.

The hygiene is brilliant with clean bedrooms and a lounge with plenty of seating. The staff interact with the guests and

make my father feel welcome as soon as he steps through the door to departing with a smile.

A care home is only as good as its staff and that makes it an excellent care home because all the staff at Castle Grange are exceptional.
My Mum spent her last three years in their care and could not have had better treatment. It is a hard decision to make to place your loved one in a dementia unit,
but I never regretted my decision because she had loving care for twenty-four hours a day. I only hope that the new owners realise the calibre of the staff and let the manager continue to run the unit as it is now.
