Review of Spring Gardens from Michael F (Son of Resident) published on 26 September 2024 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

My mum has been there for 3 years. All the staff are brilliant, the food is good and the building is spotless. They put a party on for my mum's 100th birthday, nothing is too much trouble. The staff interact with the residents, they sometimes take them on trips out - 110%

The manager and the whole team gave my mum wonderful care. Showed her love and dignity in the three years she was a resident and her final weeks of life.

Dealing with the extra responsibility during the Covid restrictions. I remain grateful! Thank you.

Overall Experience
This is how all care homes should be from the welcoming decor to the outstanding care given to all the residents.
I, unfortunately, have had dealings with care homes for the past 3 years and this one is phenomenal.
My Mother has been a resident for 2 years and the care shown to her and other residents is excellent. The food is superb the home is spotless what more could you ask for.
It's a big thank you all the angels there.
We sleep well at night knowing that mum's safe and well cared for.

Leeds City Council needs to keep this home going it's a credit to them especially at a time when we are hearing of homes that fall very short of the mark.
