Byker Lodge Resource Centre

from Lorraine F (Sister of Resident) published on 13 January 2023

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My sister was diagnosed with delirium and was referred to Byker Lodge for the short term.
I cannot thank the staff enough for their patience and the help they gave to my sister and the support they gave to me also.
My sister remembers this place as a friendly day centre with nice staff and actually
misses going there. Thanks, everyone.

Connie Lewcock Resource Centre

The staff here are amazing - all very caring and always available. They made my Dad's stay fun and comfortable. The food is also really nice, with good choices every day. There were a number of activities available, plus physio, as well as a really comfortable lounge. I was so happy with how my dad
was treated and cared for, that I can't recommend this place more highly.

In my mams hour of need, Byker Lodge was fantastic.
Good communications, mam settled in and is now coming home after a 5 week stay,
all the staff were great. Family were all welcome and the food was of a great standard.
