My mother went here short term and was admitted really quickly

The staff work hard you can't fault them

They do what they can

They work hard and long hours

They do a difficult job that isn't a job to them but a vocation and they have hearts of gold

Review of Byker Lodge Resource Centre from Lorraine F (Sister of Resident) published on 13 January 2023 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
My sister was diagnosed with delirium and was referred to Byker Lodge for the short term.
I cannot thank the staff enough for their patience and the help they gave to my sister and the support they gave to me also.

My sister remembers this place as a friendly day centre with nice staff and actually misses going there. Thanks, everyone.

In my mams hour of need, Byker Lodge was fantastic.
Good communications, mam settled in and is now coming home after a 5 week stay,

all the staff were great. Family were all welcome and the food was of a great standard.
