It has to be said that you have repeatedly ignored these restrictions. On this day - you had not booked in, you blocked an active ambulance with your car as you attempted to park in the bay reserved for emergency services and nearly ran over a staff member in the car park. Despite this, the staff were accommodating and facilitated your visit for the benefit of your mother. The canopy had been lost in the high winds of previous days.
Your mother’s teeth were returned to her immediately after they were repaired but her notes state that they still hurt and she refused to wear them. As for the kit - specialist bariatric kit is not provided for in the basic contract and the kit remains your property.
