SO THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT WORKS AT BRWYUNOG RESEDENTIAL HOME AMLWCH ANGLESEY
I would like to extend a special thank you to management for their unwavering support. They ensured I was kept informed throughout this difficult time, despite the fact that I could only visit once a week due to the distance. In my professional capacity, I have visited many residential services and I can honestly say that the care my father received in Brwynog was outstanding, right up until and after his passing.
My mother has been a resident for over three years. They care really good care of her. The carers are very friendly, helpful and very caring. My mother has enjoyed the food. I am informed of any changes in her health by the manager, who is very approachable and informative. This has been a godsend, especially over the last 18 months with the pandemic. They do a very difficult and demanding job and we are very grateful to them.
I have nothing but praise for this home.
