The staff genuinely cared for my aunt and they frequently spent time with her checking not only her physical wellbeing but also her mental wellbeing and mood. My aunt frequently called them her angels and indeed when she passed away her final words were to thank the carers attending to her. When we cleared my aunt's room after she passed, a number of the carers came to pay their respects and to check if there was anything they could do to assist us. A lovely place.
