My brother had the best of care from all staff during his lengthy stay in the home
The home is very clean and the rooms are well furnished The staff always welcomed me when I visited

I am so pleased he was a service user in Torrance lodge, and knew he was comfortable and safe

Overall Experience
What a fabulous care home. You hear stories about care homes but no worries in Thortoun care home. Girls are amazing some girls are young but more than happy doing what they love looking after vulnerable people. My sister is very well looked after. It's a wait off your mind when you know she's in safe hands. A couple of carers in particular are amazing. Well done everyone fabulous job

I have nothing but praise for the home and the way my 102 year old mother is cared for.

Mum has all her witts and would tell you herself how pleased she is with Torrance Lodge.

Overall Experience

My sister has been in the care of Torrance Lodge since May this year and I cant praise the care she is receiving enough.They made it so easy for her to settle in here which made it so much easier on the family. They have activities she can participate in and seems to enjoy. The staff here are excellent from management down to the cleaners. The carers and nurses are excellent and cant do enough for her. Anyone considering this place for a loved one I can highly recommend it.
