My mother came to Arden Park Care Home via hospital, initially for a six-week assessment period.
I had resigned myself to having to struggle with her to remain in Arden Park as she is a fiercely independent lady who had continually said she wanted to go back to her own home.
My brother and I were absolutely astounded when, at the end of the six weeks, she decided she didn’t want to leave Arden Park.
I can put my hand on my heart and say I cannot fault the staff for the care and attention they give my mother and whilst visiting her I always see the “girls” chatting to all the other residents, simple conversation goes a long way!
The food at mealtimes smells amazing and the menu is varied.
The manager is lovely, there’s always a smile on her face and nothing is ever any trouble.
Wonderful home that may not suit everyone but nor do all hotels, we are all different but this home suits my mother.

I am very proud of my team of hardworking, dedicated staff and I am pleased that you have noticed their hard work on your visits.
