Mum was a resident at NG for 10 months and received excellent care throughout. The staff were kind, caring and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming environment where she was looked after with dignity and respect.

Knowing she was safe, comfortable and well cared for gave our family great peace of

mind. We are very grateful to all the staff and would highly recommend Northwick Grange Care Home.

From the day my dad arrived, he and the family were treated with warmth, caring, and friendliness. Almost as though he was the only resident. Unfortunately, a few days after he moved to permanent care, he passed away. But knowing he was so well looked after in those final weeks is comforting. Thank
you.

Mom has been a resident for almost 12 months now. I'm really happy with how she's cared for. The staff are very helpful and caring and the place it's is really homely. They have lots going on to keep the residents entertained and engaged. I visit virtually everyday and am always made to feel welcome
and more importantly Mom is happy and safe.
Highly Recommend.

My mum has been at Northwick Grange since last August. She has Dementia as well as diabetes. I visit regularly and have found the care that she has been given as excellent. The staff are hardworking, kind and can't do enough for my lovely mum. Daily entertainment includes: craft, singing, dancing, games
and many visiting singers and musicians. The whole place has a warm, friendly and community feel. I like the fact that the majority of the residents are together in one big social area.

Staff are very caring and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. Very homely and warm feel to the home. Good activities for the residents. My Mom really enjoyed the singer and it was lovely to see. During what has been a very traumatic period in all of our lives, the staff are, and have been,
very compassionate and supportive to us as a family. They have put up shelving for all Mom's ornaments and lots of photos which makes the room feel welcoming. Mom is comfortable, warm and safe. Mom is able to attend the activities or have a lie in. Person-centred care.
Reply from Donna Hales, Care Home Manager at The ShrubberyThank you for your kind words. We are really pleased that your Mom is settling in well, and is enjoying the activities and in house entertainments. We understand how difficult it can be moving a loved one into permanent care, and will always do our best to make people feel comfortable.

What can I say? It's a typical converted manor house, genteel but slightly faded as these places are. I stayed for a week after hip surgery and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all superb, under pressure but smiling through. Literally nothing was too much trouble for them and I felt like a king
for my week. I had plenty of visitors and all were looked after, with offers of refreshments on arrival. My week passed all too quickly but I will retain very happy memories of my time there. 10/10 would go again.
