Overall Experience

I have used the Lester Hall Apartments a few times now as a respite for my mum who is 84 and suffers from late-stage dementia. The care they show mum is second to none and she does seem to enjoy being there. The staff are extremely good with the service users and are friendly to me when I dropped and picked up my mum. Management always keeps me informed of how mum is and help where needed.

Overall Experience

Better care than in hospital, good food. Staff good and helpful, treated with care and dignity. Management is good.
