My mum Sandie M came to Stobhill Care facility MARCH 2025. AT first she was upset. It took her a bit time to settle. We as family see her almost daily. All staff are lovely. They refer to her by name. They also introduce themselfs to the family. Staff are pleasant, helpful, they interact with Mum. She enjoys the activitie, outings. Her room is lovely. We are grateful our mum is now in a safe, caring inviroment, we can approach any member of staff who are always avaiable to listen. Thank you.

I was immediately impressed by the courtesy and kindness extended to us on our arrival by all staff.

You're welcomed in to the home, the carers work so hard for everyone and do a great job.

My brother moved in September & he has settled in brilliantly & staff are really great with him too.. he says he loves it.. I am happy that he's happy & no more stress so thank you to all the staff for the support. The regional manager came and assessed my brother on a Sunday to ensure he had the place. If I could give 100 stars I would. It's clean and lots of entertainment and activity including bonfire night with a guy on the fire

Facilities are poor - Signal in rooms for TVs, entertainment for residents lacks variety.

When mum first came into Cardonald Care Home, she was very poorly. The staff were very good and mum took ill and the staff probably saved her life that night! Mum ended up in hospital in a very bad way, food had gone down the wrong way, she was found in her bed like this and thats why I get scared fo mum going to bed after her dinner. Theres not been any activities since April that I'm aware of until recently. Some of the staff are great at making mum laugh.

Outstanding care good food. The staff are caring and very helpful. I trust them with my wife. I'm glad she's happy she is and if she's happy I'm happy. So thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the outstanding jobs you do.

To whom it may concern I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff and management, for their hard work and professionalism. My mother loves her time and life in this establishment. We could not have wanted for more. Thank you from all of our families.

I am so pleased I chose Cardonald Care home for my mum. After having a terrible experience with my mums previous care home I can honestly say I wish I moved my mum to Cardonald sooner. The care home manager is fantastic so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The whole team are lovely. My mum has only been in the home for 10 days but this place has a professional, transparent and friendly feeling when you walk in which instantly puts you at ease. My mums mood has lifted since she been here and she looks great every time I go to see her. Alzheimer's is an awful condition but I leave Cardonald feeling happy knowing my mum is safe & well looked after. I'm no longer sitting in a care home car park crying because this place doesn't have that sad feeling, the staff go out their way to make things special for the residents. The staff here are so knowledgeable and respectful, I have no regrets moving my mum & I am so happy she is liking her new home. Well done and the team.

I believe my brother is getting great care at the home. He is enjoying being taken out by staff to local shop/cafes etc. The home are always willing to discuss and address any issues or concerns we have.

After my mother received a bad experience with an individual carer the rest of the carers and the management dealt with in a superb manner. My mother then took ill and we saw a fantastic level of care and love for her. I will be forever grateful for the way she was treated.

The staff in the care home are so nice, very helpful, obliging, kind. They have all been great to my father and us. The process of getting my father here has been very difficult and the staff here have made us feel very reassured and we know my dad is safe. We can call for anything and nothing is a bother to them. We are very grateful. My only complaint is the cost. Its absolutely shocking that a self fundor pays more.

In all the time my mum has been a resident at Stobhill Care Home, I have been very happy and satisfied with the care that she receives. I have found the staff to be caring, kind and respectful to my mum's needs and requirements. My mum seems to be very happy and settled, and that has given myself and my family great relief and comfort that she is being well looked after.

The care of my mother from all of the carers was heartwarming. To be able to leave after visiting and knowing mum was taken care of with such love and care made the worry a lot easier. Thank you all for everything.

My great aunt has been in Cardonald Care Home since November 2024. At first, I was nervous of her settling in. I needn't have worried as due to the fantastic staff she felt at home immediately. The Christmas and New Year parties helped us all to get to know everyone in the home and enjoy the fun.

I am happy with the standard of care that my sister has received from the staff of Stobhill Care Home. She has been in the care home for almost 6 weeks now. As I don't live locally, I will be unable to visit regularly, so it's good to know that she is well cared for and the staff are attentive to her needs. However, recently, I was able to visit her on 4 consecutive days and each time came away with a good impression of the care home. All the staff I encountered, were friendly and made me feel welcome. I was also given the opportunity to attend a local church for tea and cake, along with my sister and a few other residents as well as 2 activity co-ordinators. It's good to see that the care home is involved with the local community. Thank you to all concerned.

My dad has been in Stobhill Care Home for a few months now. We feel he is very well looked after and all his physical and mental needs are being addressed he seems to be nicely settled, he is all and has dementia and very limited sight. Staff all seem to be very pleasant and helpful. My dad loves the visits to various places and the entertainers who come into the care home. As a family we are very happy with the care our dad is getting.

Absolutely delighted with the care my wife receives in this care home. The new manager is a lovely, kind lady who has been there, from my wife coming in, and she along with all staff know what my wife likes and dislikes. I felt guilty when my wife went into care and now I'm happy I made that choice as she is now back to her lovely self and I can't praise you all enough. Thank you with all my heart.

The home excels in staff/resident relationships, hygiene, cleanliness, feedback to relatives. Since my brother moved in, I cannot pinpoint a negative experience.
