Coming to live at Middleton House was the best thing I've ever done - it totally changed my life. I can't speak highly enough of the staff. We have a wide range of residents here from all walks of life which makes it a very interesting place to live. We have a restaurant which is always trying to do better and better. We have enjoyable activities and talks and events - no reason to be bored. The apartments are just the right size. I love it here!
Our experience at Middleton House has been mixed although the overall experience is good. We have put 'satisfactory' against 'treated with dignity' because although the office staff are wonderful, care staff were on the whole poor, with little regard (from some) for the person in their care,...
Our experience at Middleton House has been mixed although the overall experience is good. We have put 'satisfactory' against 'treated with dignity' because although the office staff are wonderful, care staff were on the whole poor, with little regard (from some) for the person in their care, talking about my mother as if she wasn't there. Kitchen staff are excellent, being kind, and preparing varied meals.The activities that the office staff put on, were interesting, and varied, cleanliness is very good.
