Care Homes Owned by Enhance Healthcare Ltd in Lanarkshire

My mum has been a resident for 5 years; she settled in really well thanks to the friendly team in the care home. More recently she became very frail and unresponsive, mostly, so the nursing staff and management initiated hospital at home and end of life care which me and my family were in agreement with. My mum was given such wonderful care that a small bedsore was given the best management and healed; there was a gradual weight loss and we were prepared for my mum's demise but mum's care, staff communication, and family support have brought a wonderful outcome! Mum is still weak, partly due to her advancing years, but has recovered from her extremely frail state and is, once again, able to drink fluids, take some soft diet and has managed up to sit in a chair and tries to communicate with, several words and body language using smiles/ frowns/ and some words. Her care in Netherton Court has been of an absolute high standard- one that I know she would never have received if hospitalised

The place, in my four-and-a-half years of experience, is a disgrace. Because I've complained about various aspects over the years and made formal complaints about staff (one once referred to me as a *****), some have now decided to get their own back by making false and malicious complaints against me. Also, because I threatened to go public with my dozens of photos of a dirty floor in my mother's room over a period of time and excrement on her toilet seat, which was still there three days later, I have been banned on some pretext as a 'punishment'. I have now stopped paying the fees as I'm hoping they will 'evict' my mother and I can place her somewhere else that really knows how to treat a 104-year-old woman with Alzheimer's and cancer. To those who have left positive reviews, I'd say you need to look behind the curtain.

My husband has settled at Greenhills much better than I could have hoped, and I am immensely grateful to the staff for making this possible. He has severe dementia and was admitted on a trial basis from hospital, where he had been detained under the Mental Health act because of increasing violence. I would have preferred to continue caring for him at home myself, but Greenhills is the best possible alternative for him now. I can visit him every day. He is much calmer & enjoys his surroundings. Well done everyone.

I would like to thank all staff at meadow brook care home lovely birthday party in fine dinning room for Beryl 91 st birthday celebration they had dressed the table fo12 people it was beautiful so much effort had been put into all the details on the table even Prosecco for a toast can't thank you enough for the lovely memories that we made that day my mum was delighted that all her family could be together

It is always a degree of trepidation and doubt that you find yourself having to put a parent into a care home. Dad moved there in January of this year and from day 1 our fears and doubts were put to rest. The care home staff have been brilliant and Dad settled in well apart from his usual but very normal grumbling. The care and attention they pay to give my dad peace of mind and comfort is amazing. Helping him with his stability, and assistance at meal times. Maybe you shouldn't mention names but I will: Anne, Chevonne, Janis, Dionne and others great and would recommend Deanston to anyone.

Except the MANAGER who never communicated with us before, during or after mums passing. Formal complaint upheld.

My Mum spent the last months of her life in this home. I have been so grateful for the treatment she was given. Staff are excellent. They create a family atmosphere and go beyond to ensure the happiness of residents. My Mum was safe and well looked after. The emotional reaction of staff members when she passed was incredibly touching. We were supported too especially in the last few days of Mum's life. Nursing home fees are expensive but, in our case, worth every penny paid.

Deanston is very homely and offers a comfortable standard of living for the residents. Mum has been given excellent care throughout a very difficult time. I have been kept informed at all stages. I feel the staff could be given more support and more of them as I have witnessed the challenges they face on a daily basis.

I feel like a member of the care home as we have used Whitehills for my father in law, mum and now dad. Some of the staff have looked after all three parents so I feel that must be happy there too. Even meeting staff outwith the care home they are very friendly. No mater what role the staff have they always have time to speak with the residents and know about their likes and dislikes which is great

When my mum arrived in Netherton Court she was under 6 stone. She is 91 yrs old. She settled very quickly and has now put on a stone in weight from April 2024 to May 2025. She continually tells me how well carers and other staff are to her and how well looked after she is. The staff are friendly and courteous and very helpful to both residents and their families. They supply my mum with protein drinks to keep her weight up which she never received anywhere else. Mum is very happy here.

I am delighted with how well my sister has settled into Lochside Manor. I feel she is being well looked after, the staff appear to be very caring, approachable and friendly to visitors. I'm am also very happy to see my sister looking well groomed and very comfortable. The unit is clean and bright.

My uncle has passed away now

I am particularly pleased that she's taken part in activities and goes on outings.

I am a very pleased mother on how my son has come on in Lochside Manor he is so happy and content he loves all the staff and they are so good to him the cleanliness in the home is 100% and the food is superb.

I live abroad and had to make sure my mum was in a safe, clean and homely environment and this is exactly where she is in Whitehills carehome. She is a difficult resident but is still looked after with care and patience regardless which I am so grateful for. I am kept up to date with any issues and can contact the home at any time if I have any concerns. The manager and her team have become friends to me over the past year and I feel they have looked after me too when times were difficult.the staff work tirelessly to keep everyone happy and safe, I don't how they do it, it's a big THANK YOU from me you are all appreciated x

My nephew has came on leaps and bounds. He's a lot more content and happy. The staff are very understanding of his needs and take the time to explain things he is not sure of. The care unit is clean, tidy and welcoming. They ensure all rules are upkept and all residents seem happy. I am very happy with my nepheOut of Top 30 (Position) - TTC to auth left VM to c/b/no answer, no VM - all looks ok so set to PP.

My dad came into Netherton care home in November 2024 following a stay in hospital after breaking hip + partial replacement. He has Alzheimer's + vascular dementia. He very quickly settled into life in this home much easier than we ever expect. This we believe is 100% due to the amazing staff who go above and beyond to ensure he has personalised individual care best suited to his needs.

Have no complaints about the care that my aunt gets since coming 15 years ago. Staff excellent and friendly keep in touch by phone telling me about her care and when they need my opinion if she needs anything, I would recommend home to anyone about the care people get.

Excellent facility. Well looked after and keeps family informed of everything.
