Care Homes Owned by Allag Care Ltd in Leicestershire

I will be totally honest, first impressions, I was very hesitant when Dad was transferred from the hospital to here but I cannot praise the staff highly enough for the care he received. The thoughtfulness, kindness and sensitivity shown were incredible. Was always greeted by a smiling face, nothing was ever too much trouble and there was always time to reassure and help, not only Dad but myself too. The home was always clean and residents cared for. I was sorry that Dad had to be transferred to a nursing home.

From my visit, I was not happy with the service and was very worried about my friend's health and wellbeing. Therefore I think that the home should be inspected thoroughly and to be investigated on why the service is running too low to the standards it should be at.

A special mention to two members of staff (one of whom can only be described as a Mother Theresa) who were exceptional, and for which I will be eternally grateful. Thank you so much dear angels.
