Insofar as anyone of 95 can express genuine delight, I can happily do so. My treatment was exemplary - I have been all over the world. We couldn't be happier with the care our dad receives at Three Rivers Care Home. From the moment he moved in, we felt reassured by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The carers are genuinely nice, compassionate, and always take the time to chat and make residents feel valued. It's clear they treat everyone with dignity and respect. The food is fantastic-fresh, varied, and nutritious. Dad often tells us how much he enjoys mealtimes, and it's comforting to know he's eating so well. The kitchen staff even accommodate his dietary preferences without any fuss. The home itself is always spotlessly clean, with a lovely, homely feel. The rooms are well-maintained and the communal areas are bright and cheerful. Most importantly, we've seen a real improvement in Dad's mood and overall well-being since moving in. We're so grateful to the team at Three Rivers for the outstanding care they provide.
