My Dad has been here for over 5 years and couldn't be happier with the service and care. The home is spotless and seems they're always looking to improve on the aesthetics. Staff are very friendly. He loves the weekly singer that comes in!

In the 1 1/2 years my dad has been here, he has flourished. He is happy, healthy and very well looked after.
Every time I visit, he tells me how happy he is and how good all the staff are.
I could not be more complimentary. I am 1000% happy with my decision for him to come here.

My mom continues to receive wonderful love and care. She is always happy when I visit her. She enjoys lots of activities, and I can see photos of her looking entertained and content. The staff are welcoming, I'm kept informed and moms care is the reason she continues to be enjoying her life. She is
safe and loved which is a comfort as I can not give her full-time care. Wonderful home!

Lovely home, staff are really caring. Enjoy visiting my friend who I used to work with and usually stay for a couple of hours as staff are so welcoming. At the moment they are enlarging the building and it will be twice the size it was when my mother was a resident. Some of the staff are still here
from when my mum was here, and that was years ago (about 15 years ago). Would really recommend this home.

Mum still loves everything about Digby Manor. The home has undergone a full renovation and she loves her new room and the enclosed courtyard is fabulous. Everytime I visit her she looks well and has has made so many great friends. Great staff and a lovely home.

Both Mum and Dad are in Digby Manor - Dad since the new year and Mum for a couple of weeks now. Dad has got stronger and stronger since he's been here, and Mum has already started putting on weight and getting stronger. It's lovely to see how well the staff know my parents as individuals and cater to
their individual needs. I, too, have received a lot of support in the process of adjustment. I can't speak highly enough of the care provided and am very happy I chose Digby Manor.

Mom has been a resident here for almost a year. We are very happy with her care. All the staff are kind and caring, and mom is treated with respect and dignity. During mums time here we always felt very supported and informed. We always felt she was well looked after and cared for, and she always looked well presented! My mother did things at the care home that she never did before, she loved crafting, painting and colouring. She felt well looked after, and she loved to help out. The home allowed her to do things she loved to do. The care was outstanding, and we felt so safe with her at the Digby.

My mother has been a resident since October and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care that she has consistently experienced in the time that she has lived here. The staff show great attentiveness and compassion in their care and have done a fantastic job in helping mum recover from the
fractured hip she sustained in June 2024. I receive regular communication from the home regarding mums health which is appreciated. Digby Manor is a little gem. Mum is extremely happy there and I happy for her to be there.

My experience of my mum being in Digby Care Home is one of trust. The care staff, day staff and night staff are approachable, caring and loving to residents. We have been really pleased with how the staff look after my dad. He has been residing at Digby Manor since August 2020 and the level of care means his dementia is stable. He loves the staff and is always smiling. They encourage him to take part in activities and the home is always beautifully decorated
throughout the year especially at Christmas, but also for other events for example Halloween and Remembrance Sunday. Dad is always well dressed and likes the meals that are served. We would highly recommend this home. The management are extremely involved in the best interests of the residents and very approachable. We are very lucky to have our dad so well looked after.

We feel so fortunate to have found Digby Manor for our dad. We had barely started looking for a care home, after his dementia had deteriorated to a point whereby we couldn't manage the risks any longer, before we found Digby Manor. The care is exceptional, excellent on every front, and the staff all
maintain the kind of consistent standard of care that any family would hope for, especially when having to make the decision to have their loved one looked after outside of their family environment.
