As a daughter, choosing the right care home for my dad was one of the most important and emotional decisions I've ever made, and I can honestly say that placing him here was the best choice we could have made. From the very beginning, the staff have been exceptional kind, patient, and genuinely caring.
They treat my dad with dignity and respect at all times, and it's clear they truly take the time to get to know each resident as an individual, not just someone in their care. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and communication with the family is always open, reassuring, and thoughtful. The food deserves a special mention. It's fresh, nutritious, and beautifully presented, with plenty of choice. My dad genuinely looks forward to his meals, which says everything, and it's comforting to know he's eating so well. The amenities are excellent, clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to feel homely rather than clinical. There is also a wide range of activities available.

Elmfield has been the best thing for Nan. The staff have been very welcoming to Nan and the whole family. It has a very homely feel, and the residents are all very well looked after. We have seen a big improvement in Nan and she is very happy in her new home.

My grandfather has been in here for 5 years and he has consistently been very well looked after, and he is very happy in here. His needs are constantly met and the staff are very skilled in providing for his changing needs.

Elmfield has been the greatest place for my nana, they have looked after her so well, with joy and kindness.
The home is lovely, cosy, fun and a joy to be in. Nana has been very happy here and my mum feels very grateful that she is in safe hands.

Digby Manor is excellent. My dad has been here five years now. He is very well looked after. The carers are all hard-working and always friendly. I have never known a care home like it. It is faultless. My mom is so happy in her forever home. The staff are outstanding. I love coming to visit my mom, I'd move in if I could!!!

Digby Manor is like home from home. My dad is very well looked after. The staff communicate well and keep us informed. We have access to the care records so we can see all the care Dad receives. In the last 12 months the home has had major transformation and the lounge extended. There is now a lovely
spacious environment. The residents are kept busy and stimulated by lots of different activities, regular singalong sessions which are very popular. So happy we found Digby Manor for Dad. Staff cater for his every need and are so friendly and professional.

This is a lovely care home. The staff are friendly and all of the residents are taken care of. The needs of individual residents are catered to. They provide a range of activities to entertain the residents.

I have visited Mum in Elmfield for the last 4 1/2 years. She is cared for with compassion and affection. The staff are caring and efficient. The care home is very clean and comfortable. She is extremely happy here. Her family are welcomed and I am always informed of anything happening with Mum.

My grandma has been a resident here for 4 1/2 years, she's 106 this year is taken such good care of at Elmfield House. The staff here are great, and care so much for our precious grandma, we're so glad she's here.

The home feels like a home with very caring staff. Staff are quick to help and are always smiling. They respond to all residents with a smile and a calm voice. One of the best and cleanest homes I have seen. Just amazing.

Digby is a caring and great place for care. I witnessed staff who go beyond the normal duty, always available and on hand to help. Food and drink always available. 5 stars in my opinion.
