Overall Experience
Our mum was moved to Clifton Lodge from the hospital she had already stayed for 3 weeks then had to go back to hospital and came back, the care of our mum was excellent we really could not have asked for better, mum had complex needs including dementia and bedridden, all staff were amazingly lovely to mum so nice to see and hear how mum was treated, staff kept us informed of all aspects of mums care and treatment.

Staff looked after family and mum as she passed. We really cannot praise this home enough would highly recommend.

Overall Experience

Myself and my family are so happy with the care my husband gets at rawreth court. All of the staff are amazing and Kim and Claire the activity staff put so much care and attention to both residents and family.the manager is very nice friendly and helpful always available and keeps you up to date with what is going on your loved one. Even the receptionist makes you feel welcome and has even given me a hug on a down day. When we leave there we know that my husband is going to be in good hands . Thankyou to all of the staff you don't know how much your care and dedication means and how much you are ALL appreciated.

Review of Clifton Lodge from Claire L (Daughter of Resident) published on 24 November 2025 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
Clifton Lodge have been absolutely amazing, infact there are no words that can describe the care they have provided in regards to supporting my mum and
My family on her journey with having dementia.
All areas are always clean and hazardous free, for residents to freely walk around with seating areas for resting to.
They have great activities, celebrations and entertainment for residents if they choose to participate in and is always a joy to watch.
The food has always been of a brilliant standard and has adapted to my mum's needs.
They have supported her through every decline and always liaised with family for what has always been in her best interest with our support and input.

I could not of wished for a better and caring home.

Review of Clifton Lodge from N M (Brother of Resident) published on 7 November 2024 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

My brother was placed in this lovely home just about one year ago, after he was diagnosed with Dementia. When he arrived he was very withdrawn, and barely able to communicate. He we are one year later, and I am so relieved to see that he receives the care and stimulation he needs to the point where and is often very talkative. Even though I am unable to visit (I live in the United States) the staff are always quick to respond to my emails and they keep me updated with his needs and they always send their monthly newsletter. I am also fortunate enough to be able to have regular video chats with my dear brother. I don't need to worry anymore now that he's in such good hands, and I have nothing but praise for the wonderful staff of Clifton Lodge, who always go above and beyond.

Review of Clifton Lodge from A H (Wife of Resident) published on 12 August 2024 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
Clifton Lodge is amazing I cannot praise it highly enough.
The staff are extremely kind, thoughtful and compassionate
The Lodge is spotlessly clean, light, bright and airy with plenty of walkways for pacing. The food is of high quality, nutritious, freshly prepared and served.
The resident's laundry is done to a very high standard.
Each has their own name label stitched into their items.
Bedrooms are provided with a TV and wardrobe.
Plenty of stimulation for residents with a full activity programme including regular live singers, afternoon teas and even a visit from a pony.
Chiropodist and hairdresser. Communication between staff and carer is very good I am always updated on my husband's well-being

I cannot find any faults with this dementia care home.

I 100% recommend Cliffton Lodge. My aunt has been here 4 years and she is so well looked after, I just cannot thank the staff enough. From the moment you walk in your greeted with a friendly welcome. The home is impeccably clean and smells nice, unlike other homes. They have activities, events, a hairdresser and podiatrist visit regularly. Each member is brilliant and I cant thank them enough.

Review of Rawreth Court from Christie B (Daughter of Resident) published on 29 November 2023 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

We as a family cannot say anything negative about Rawreth. My dad has been here for almost 2 years and he used to be a walker, and would get in anywhere he could, so much so that no other home could accept him for care. He has an incredible relationship with every staff member there. They are all amazing, so friendly and supportive. My dad is so well looked after and is always so happy and clean. There are many residents here with dementia but some have other illnesses/needs too. All the staff are so kind, compassionate, hardworking and dedicated. What more can we ask for? We go in three times a week for 2 hours and when we leave, we know Dad is happy, safe and comfortable. Thank you so much to all the staff here at Rawreth for all your hard work, we really do appreciate you all.

Review of Clifton Lodge from Tracy B (Cousin of Resident) published on 10 July 2023 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

I visited my cousin today and what can I say? The home was spotlessly clean, airy and bright and very friendly from walking through the door. The staff showed us to her room and explained how my cousin's day was going and what to expect when we entered her room. My cousin looked very clean, fresh and well-looked after. The room was spotlessly clean. A nurse entered the room a couple of times during my visit and always with a smile. From previous experience with care homes, this was outstanding. Well done to all the staff.

Overall Experience

Absolutely outstanding care from all the staff at Rawreth Court. They really care for each resident - I couldn’t have asked for better care for my nan. The whole team are fantastic- the home is clean and my nan's room was always spotless. They tried to get her to join in games, etc. and they knew exactly how to look after her and attended to her needs. I can’t fault Rawreth Court they have the best staff. They really looked after my nan, always have smiles on their faces and make you feel at home.

Review of Rawreth Court from Debbie H (Daughter of Resident) published on 11 July 2019 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

Our Mother was a resident at Rawreth court for 16 months, during that time she was treated with kindness and compassion by all the staff. Her room was always clean, the home itself was very clean. The staff were amazing, always helpful and so friendly.

Our Mother died very recently and her care during that time was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and we were shown so much care and thoughtfulness all throughout our bedside vigils with our Mum.

We cannot fault Rawreth Court, and we are so grateful that she spent her last months there. Wonderful team.

Review of Rawreth Court from Frances W (Wife of Resident) published on 2 July 2018 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

All the staff at Rawreth Court are professional and considerate to my husband's needs, I could not wish for a better place for my husband to be in.

The home is spotless and they cannot do enough to make you feel at ease because of the terrible anxieties that one is going through with their relative in the home, they understand completely how you are feeling.

MY FAMILY AND I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW WONDERFUL THESE PEOPLE ARE.
