My nephew has been in this residential for the last 6 months and I have seen him flourish and more confident and his calmness and overall health , the staff have been brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The valuable service they provide is exceptional and I am so grateful for all their efforts
and I recommend their care and service to anyone. It has massively improved my nephew mental health and overall well being and independence.

Absolutely dreadful. Our son was locked up inside a bungalow for 23 hours and 50 minutes each day.

seriously, they were hostile and belittling towards us. We went through a year of hell before we could get our son out. He has suffered so badly during their care and he is not alone. Majority of staff are inexperienced and poorly trained and motivated. Avoid this place at all costs.

Absolutely elated with the level of care shown by all staff and the help and support they provide, both to residents and family members. You feel welcome from the moment the gate is open, right to the gate closing. Thank you so much.

I was one of a number who came from Northumberland to see our friend. We are made most welcome and given the space for us all to visit in comfort and also generously supplied with refreshments. I believe that it shows clearly the care my friend has received while at Gedlow as she looks so well and happy.
I remembered how frail she looked when she left Blyth. I cannot say that I can recommend the home as I live so far away and my friends circumstances were a one off her family living in Leeds.
